Do not buy . I purchased this for Christmas for my son December 2024 and he just opened it and within the same day the screen just goes into power save mode and is not detected at all but he has no issues with using his other monitor and now I’m stuck since it’s a 15 day return policy

Terrible monitor Samsung support was no help. Had the monitor for about a month and those really annoying green line is vertical down my screen. Call Samsung support because I still have a year and they tell me it’s a Canadian model and I can’t return it from America. I BOUGHT THE MONITOR IN AMERICA!!! Very hard not to swear at these people went out my pocket nearly 300 dollars and now they expect me to pay for it it’s RIDICULOUS!

Goood it is a monitor wish it was 4k but thats just me

Good but and only go to 120 hz on Xbox series x also really bright

For how expensive it is I would only get it on sale. It is a good monitor, but after the first year of having it has already started to flicker and stutter.

It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.

Great monitor, my first 240Hz. Highly reccommend. I'm glad i grabbed it when i saw it on sale for black friday

Have I been waiting to receive this email for 2 weeks now. Your customer service is god awful at the location I went to, especially your young manager you had in duty that day. Not no where near helpful and ruined my experience. Never want to shop here again. This is why Amazon will take over. As a public worker this was a God awful experience. I personally see why many people talk about avoiding Best Buy and just when I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt….

Looks great and has some cool features for gaming. Like cross hair in middle of screen to assist with aiming.

It's a good looking monitor, but this is my second one! I had a bad pixel on the first one within the 14 day return policy.It just appeared one day. So that was rather annoying, But it sure is a smooth looking display.
