My son loves his monitor. It is so clear with his xbox x and it is beyte in his eyes too

Nice monitor.
Brightness resets every time when drivers updated.
NO SUPPORT page on US website,
You cant even find it by model number.
Firmware preinstalled is 10008, but all you can download is 10006 version.

Ordered online says it was delivered by shipt and it wasn't there contacted them asap after they were of no help wouldn't replace the item even though i was told over the phone they would if i went in so i was left with a bill with no monitor will not recommend those company to anybody

Purchased this monitor for gaming, it was a very good choice.

The monitor itself works great but I am not happy I purchased it. I plan on returning it for a Monitor more suited for my needs. I was talked into it by the salesman as if the increase in price was worth it in the long run. He new my needs. After I got it I spoke with Multiple people including other Best Buy employees and my inkling was right that this monitor is not necessary for me. I will be returning it for a more suitable option.

This monitor by Samsung is pretty awesome. That max 240Hz refresh rate is so smooth it's crazy. Its definitely and upgrade from my 60hz old one. I didn't notice any blurs nor lag whatsoever and the 27" screen size helps not having to get close to the monitor to see objects and items. The colors are so vibrant and brilliant, it looks so amazing.
Out of the box, plug it in and it started up right away. I haven't done any adjustments to it yet and I don't think I will have to. I think this new monitor is somewhere in the middle of the Odyssey series. I was blown away by its performance and how well everything looked on screen.
It retails for $399 USD for the 27" version. They also make a 25" one but I think I'm glad that I got this one. The panel is an IPS and LED back lit. Max res is 1080 with a 1ms (GTG) response time. It comes with Display Port and HDMI cables. It has dual HDMI 2.0 ports, a DisplayPort 1.2 connection and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Max brightness is 600 cd/m2.
Overall, I really like this monitor a lot. And I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a 240hz 27" monitor.
