For some reason Samsung is falling apart literally the pieces kept falling apart.

I had to return to your store and by a converter. Perhaps this is by design to sell more merch.

Called back Samsung, nobody seems to know what happened, after my 4th called I was told that it is a physical damage.They just wasted my time. Btw it was not physical damage.

Came to pick it up and it was missing the stand the backplate and display port cord. Also with a scratch on the screen so definitely wasnt excellent. So now waiting on refund. There should be better quality control of open box if its going to be missing that many components.

I transported it in my trunk wrapped in a blanket, but it got busted up somehow and the whole screen is done for. Make sure to get a warranty before leaving the store….
