Does not have sound build into it or just came broken trying to get it fixed but now I have to pay additional money for a monitor just to see if it can even get repaired

My overall experience has been good. The only issue i came across was, your only going to want to use one of the 2 cables that come with it otherwise your pc will think you have an extra screen

iI bought it on 11/26/2023 and I used a year and a week and today a random vertical lines showed up in my monitor. I visited repair service store and they said it is a monitor defect. There was no physical damage at all during i used it. I contacted customer service, but they said there's nothing they can do since the warranty is expired few days. This is annoying that i just wasted $240 for use of 1 year.

Unstable stand

The stand isn't stable at the tallest setting. Mine tipped over face first and stopped working. Had it 3 months Best buy won't even let me return it

The graphics when playing is amazing! Really enjoy the quality it gives and the flexibility to move it how you want to. Definitely recommend this for WFH and if you're into gaming.

The specs on this monitor are just what I needed for the gaming PC I bought my husband! He was very pleased with this monitor and the HDR settings.

Be AWARE OF BEST BUYS HIDEN POLICY ON 15 DAY RETUR

I wasnt aware of the 15 day return policy. This is the wrong monitor and i attempted to exchange it today, apparently 3 days past 15 days. After being a long time customer of best buy, I will never purchase from Best Buy again. This policy is ridiculous and doesnt allow time to account for shipping delays but still have items in time for birthday gifts.

monitor turns on but doesnt not show my computer screen. even the menu buttons on the bottom of the monitor dont work. i tried multiple different cords and was troubleshooting for hours and nothing helped.

The monitor displays a registration form when turned on. It remains on blocking out everything behind it. It can not be accessed. Going to Samsung website, they maintain the model does not exist. Email sent to Samsung 45 days ago has never been answered.

The monitor had high refresh rate but sucked. I can find better better monitors for cheaper
