Oven broke after three weeks. Best Buy will not assist because it is past their 15 days. Samsung won't assist. Sears Installer was scheduled and cancelled at the last minute. Meanwhile, I don't have an oven and nobody seems to care.

I have not even used the oven for a year and it is malfunctioning. The buttons no longer work and I am waiting on my initial repair appointment. Extremely disappointed. code C-F2. I tried flipping the circuit breaker as suggested and no luck.

Terrible my oven never got installed was left for two weeks with no oven the guy didn’t even speak English and I asked him not to take the hall away and he still did. Asked for a refund for transfer 4 times to get a refund

This oven is garbage. We have had it replaced 2x already within a month of install. Just doesn’t hear to the proper temp. Repair guy said “yeah, these Samsungs keep us in business.” Maybe we just got two duds but don’t buy this.

Absolute garbage. Oven didn't work upon arrival, Best Buy sends you to Samsung customer service and then vice versa. After hours on the phone and text chatting, I still don't have an oven before Thanksgiving.

Not happy with Oven

I bought this oven thinking that for the price I was paying I would be getting top notch product. I am not happy with this oven and now I am stuck with it. It cooks unevenly, there is only 1 heating element in the oven on the top only. So, if you are cooking a pizza for example - the top will cook and the bottom will not. Cookies - top will cook, bottom will not. I cannot understand how Samsung could only put 1 heating element in these ovens. I would never recommend buying this.

I purchased this oven from Best Buy in November for a kitchen remodel. It is currently February and I still have not received the oven. I’ve been on the phone multiple times with customer service and have been in the store with my 5 kiddos for an hour working to resolve the issue. I have been kind and respectful each time- asking for alternative solutions and for options to problem solve. Despite my time, the delay, the contractor team moving on from the project past the delivery date, multiple “resets” for delivery time and then further delays- the problem has not been resolved. My caution is that when looking on the website the delivery date for this exact oven is listed as “February.” The dishonesty, continued delay, and suggestion that I should instead purchase a different oven of same value for $1000 more than I paid has been disappointing. During our remodel I have worked with both Home Depot and Lowe’s and have had great care and customer service. I’ve also purchased appliances through them with no difficulty. This has been my first experience with purchasing an appliance through Best Buy and has been disheartening. To my memory I’ve never left a negative review- however with the dishonest selling date- I did not want others to encounter similar issues.

If you decide to buy a samsung appliacne, you chose to not do any research. A samsung appliance is different from a Ford Pinto (old referemce i get it but look that up too). Its nothing but junk and you know better.
