    I bought this product through an open box. Great for the price. You need to think about the audio coming from the monitor. You have to have a separate plug to connect audio to computer from a laptop.

    Worked fine right out of the box, with the following comments: 1. Could have provided more instructions. 2. Can't get the audio output to work. 3. Screen support is fixed, not adjustable.

    The screen faces downward and I have to set spacers under front of stand to get it to be eye level
