Horrible Stand design

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought two of these monitors and installed the stands on them while waiting for my dual Mount to arrive in the mail. Once it arrived, I tried to remove the stand to mount them and that’s when I realized how flawed the design was. The manual said to simply pull them off and after a bit of struggle, I was able to do so with the first monitor. I tried pulling the second one out for over an hour but it did not budge at all, even with the help from other people! Trying to pull off the stand without damaging the monitor proved to be impossible. I expected a decent stand design from Samsung but instead I was given Thor’s hammer. The monitors themselves work well but I can’t use them when I’m not able to mount them properly. Do not use the stands unless you plan on leaving them there because they won’t come off without a fight.

Solid monitor
