Im single with no kids or pets so Id consider myself a light user. The most loads I'll do is two on the weekend. Ive had the washer for a month and for the most part I like it. It's soooo quite, gentle on the clothes but effective when cleaning them. I used it for two washable runner rugs and was shocked at how well they were cleaned. The one thing I dont like is the amount of water left in the dispenser tray. The standard of storing the washer with the tray and door open to prevent the moldy smell doesnt work because there is simply too much water left to evaporate before the next use. If I use the washer on Friday I leave both the door and tray open until the next Friday when Im ready to do laundry again. The ring around the door is always dry but there is still a considerable amount of water left in the tray. It takes about two paper towels before its completely dry. This is an extra step that's going to be required if you dont want that dreaded front loader smell.

My last Samsung washer lasted 18+ yrs. I actually liked it better than this one. This one seems to reset the settings after each wash and I am constantly having to reset to cold water. I also haven’t found out how to pause the machine after it starts to add an article of clothing like my old machine. I think too many bells and whistles. Very roomy. Great for comforters. Still a good machine, I just like my old one better.

I always buy Samsung products this one right here. Oh my God it's the best. It washes the temperature. I mean when I'm finished when I get the clothes it's like steam coming off them. Nice and clean

I would give this washer 4 stars except for the fact that I wash with cold water only! Every cycle we have to set the temperature for cold or we get a 4C alarm! Very easy to use otherwise, very quiet and reliable! I still have the older dryer, it’s still working

The Samsung washer and dryer work well, I bought these in January through the chat support/website. They are easy to use, and wash clothes and dry efficiently. Do keep the washer door open to avoid mold. Do read the manual on how to operate. The WiFi and app are helpful. The mandatory self clean on the washer takes way too long but it’s only every month or so. My buying experience was less than par. The people on the website didn’t know what I was ordering, lost my parts and I hard to reorder the same units four times. Then when they installed them I was left without a stacking kit because of all the hassle. I won’t even go into the hassle of purchasing online. I only did it for a New Year’s Day sale option. The install was fine but the guys who did it barely spoke to me nor even asked how I wanted it installed much less anything else.

The Samsung dryer itself is perfect and works great. My only complaint is that the power cord is about a foot shorter or more than my old one, which forces the dryer to sit further forward and takes up extra space. I’ve tried reaching out to get my old cord back or purchase a longer one, but it’s been difficult to get assistance. For that reason, I’m giving it four stars instead of five, once I get the right cord length, it’ll be exactly what I need.

This is a really good washing machine. It gets the job done plus it has awesome features. The only issue that I do have is the spin cycle gets violently powerful and kind of loud.

Well, you get what you pay for. I originally bought a wash tower that I could pick up on a Tuesday. This was a Friday. Saturday, I received an E-mail saying it was pushed back 2 weeks. I cancelled that order and called customer service who found me this set in Erie, Pa. that I could pick up on Sunday. (Open box set, discounted) I drive all the way to Erie, no open box, for 500$ each only new for 750$ each. Got them home and the washer was dented up. Fixable. I live too far for delivery and installation, so I had to do it myself. *When you stack these, the electric connection is at the top of the dryer. If your receptacle is attached to your baseboard, you will need an 8-foot appliance cord to reach. I ended up having to buy 10/3 braided wire and a plug and make my own. *Here's the good part* These units are VERY TALL. When stacked, the dryer buttons are 6'6" from the floor. No kidding. My wife is 5'3" tall. I had to buy her a step stool so she could reach the dryer buttons. Here's a pic.

We like this washer. After the test wash, we did 6 loads of laundry. We experience an odd noise when we washed the bedsheets and towels together. It seems like the rubber gasket was pulling during the spin cycle. It did not occur on any of the other wash loads. It is easy to use and the display is easy to read. The only issue we have so far is that the control panel is extremely sensitive. Our storage cabinets are above the washer, and if we brush us against the control panel to laundry products, we inadvertently change the settings. However, it was not a reason for us to return the machine.

I love the washer, it's very nice. It is quiet until the spin cycle when it becomes a bit loud. I am disappointed that Best buy is not accurate in their description. It says that a drainage hose is needed and not included so I purchased new fill hoses only to be told when they delivered that it had a drain hose not fill hoses and they couldn't connect it. Very disappointed. Best buy, do better.

I love this washer. I don't like that it has so many options and features. It's a little complicated at first and I found myself refereeing back to the users manual several times before actually using it. Supposedly has a feature to reduce vibration but mine does seem to vibrate a lot still. Once you figure out the right size load it is better. I'm sure once I get all the little kinks figured out I will love it. I love the little chime at the end of the load to let you know it's done. Haven't really had a chance to try all the settings yet. Love that you can choose how many rinsed and spins you want per load. I know once I get a little more confident about using it I will be very, very happy with my choice.

Bought this washer three years ago ,it worked well,until 4 months ago it started making a lit if niuse during the spinning process of washing.Shedding tons of grey sanding debris from the bottom of the machine

This is my first time having a front-load washer, and I’m very satisfied. The size is perfect, both externally and in terms of washing capacity. I love the cycles, and the color is fantastic. The only downside is that a lot of water tends to accumulate in the detergent compartment.

Very smooth and does what the manual says. If you want easy access, suggest to buy with pedestal.

Machines are looking elite but a little bit noisy. Smart options are very handy showing like remaining time or preparing program for your clothings and on the washing machine you can even start it from the app.
