This is a really great TV for the price. It fits the need for a guest bedroom without breaking the budget. In my experience, Samsung makes great TVs for most every budget and need.

Great price, item was in stock, service was immediate and helpful. Store was neat and staffed. Store Manager gave great tip on watching for upcoming promotions, therefore, I'm preparing to grill the geek squad before my next Best Buy Purchase/s. Happiest BEST Holidays!

The remote is not very good because it keeps
jumping form one command to another, so you
have to keep going back to the original station

It was confusing with my APPLE TV. What automatically went where.
Also annoying how noise starts up as soon as you turn on- should be quiet and wait for a selection. Other than those minor complaints- picture is beautiful!

The tv is great, awesome pictures, color is fantastic, the color is great. We are using it in our bedroom, fits just right on the wall, we like Samsung televisions.

Great TV for the value. Simple to set up and away you go. The onsite Best Buy staff was great at pointing me to the right purchase based on my needs for this TV.

Great Experience. Tv is best of the best. I always preferred Samsung tv because it’s supported all formats while using usb drives. And visually it’s very good than others.

I love the fact that I could purchase the Ultra Roku & have it set up by Best Buy. It is so much easier to use than the Google application that it comes with it. The color is exceptionally good.

Actually returned this tv for a different brand, for the following reasons:
Picture quality not as good as it should be for a Samsung. Home screen too busy and complicated. Doesn’t allow closed captioning on some of our apps. But main reason is the remote is worst I have ever used. Volume button design is flawed.

Had no issues with me TV. Had no issue at the store were i brought it. Customer service was excellent
