They don't have cable so he is able to stream everything he wants through this smart tv and loves it!

I hate that nothing comes with easy to read instructions on how the item works. This is the 1st time I purchased a "smart" TV. it's quite a change from my old TV, which was so much easier to use. I only have an antenna and have never had had cable or any streaming. The TV was easy to set up, but I had to have my neighbor's high school son come over to show me how to change channels and how to adjust the channels. I sure wish when I turn this "smart" TV on that it would automatically go to the last channel I was watching.

• Learn Menu Screen provides audio guidance for on-screen menus by announcing the name and function of each item as you scroll – without making any changes. I received technical help when I was there to research and buy. Good pricing. No pressure to buy. Found both slightly cheaper elsewhere but went back to buy from BestBuy because of great customer service.

However, when I opened the box the remote, power cord & any instructions were missing. We had already mounted the TV to the wall. I returned to the store & at first they were wanting me to bring back the TV & exchange it. After some discussion they reluctantly opened another box & gave me a remote & cord. No operation manual. I went on line to download a copy.
