However, when I got home to clean the screen, there were three quite visible skid marks. In addition, a remote is needed to accompany the primary one. The instructions were non-existent and the learning curve was high. Sorely disappointed for spending $$$ :( sigh.

It takes a bit to adjust to the HUGENESS at first, but after you do it becomes your own personal escape portal! It adds to my gaming experience unlike any gaming monitor I’ve ever owned. Well worth the money so far

Keeps dropping refresh rate, making it unusable to game with. Will just go black and I have to disable Game Mode then disable Input signal plus to see my PC output at terrible quality. Tried everything from Reddit to Samsung forums and no solutions there with people still asking for any solution. Can't get the firmware to update even though files on Samsung's website saying a higher version is available, again others online are also waiting for resolution to this issue.

Their documentation went out the way to say they put a 10/100 Network interface & while also stating a CAT7 cable was needed, which is also advising customers to waste money. (To anyone that can google: CAT3-5e are more that adequate) Wireless interface speeds with WIFI6 router with Line of sight cant get over 300mbps. Monitor cannot function with multiples game inputs over 60hz and their preset arrangements are questionable withiout the ability to relocate the image. Bleeding edge is what you are paying for even though 2nd gen is getting there. Samsung needs to stop these underhanded tactics that are obviously cost cuts and give us the full luxury package like they originally price for. Only get this if you have AMD, 4090 users you can get 165hz but do not plan to use anything else at the same time unless you are okay with the 60hz and clunky experience.

The only issue is that is is so big youbwill be looking up at it. I am very tall and still dont look into the middle of the screen.

Hard to find that works ok out of the box. Heavy and not easy to setup. Needs large room and desk to be able to use proprely. This is simply glorified TV with box. Lose the box and you cant even power it up let alone connect any cable.

Geeksquad is coming out to look at it but I’m guessing I’m going to have to pack it back up and take it back to the store. The box is super heavy so I’m not looking forward to that.
