This thing is awesome. It takes a bit to adjust to the HUGENESS at first, but after you do it becomes your own personal escape portal! It adds to my gaming experience unlike any gaming monitor I’ve ever owned. Well worth the money so far

Makes a great monitor for Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Monitor is useless and super heavy to deal with. Keeps dropping refresh rate, making it unusable to game with. Will just go black and I have to disable Game Mode then disable Input signal plus to see my PC output at terrible quality. Tried everything from Reddit to Samsung forums and no solutions there with people still asking for any solution. Can't get the firmware to update even though files on Samsung's website saying a higher version is available, again others online are also waiting for resolution to this issue.

Overpriced for what you are purchasing when it comes to specifications and Samvertising. Their documentation went out the way to say they put a 10/100 Network interface & while also stating a CAT7 cable was needed, which is also advising customers to waste money. (To anyone that can google: CAT3-5e are more that adequate) Wireless interface speeds with WIFI6 router with Line of sight cant get over 300mbps. Monitor cannot function with multiples game inputs over 60hz and their preset arrangements are questionable withiout the ability to relocate the image. Bleeding edge is what you are paying for even though 2nd gen is getting there. Samsung needs to stop these underhanded tactics that are obviously cost cuts and give us the full luxury package like they originally price for. Only get this if you have AMD, 4090 users you can get 165hz but do not plan to use anything else at the same time unless you are okay with the 60hz and clunky experience.

I love this monitor. It has way more features than i will use. The only issue is that is is so big youbwill be looking up at it. I am very tall and still dont look into the middle of the screen.

I love this monitor. I have it connected to my PC, wirelessly to my Samsung tablet, my retro gaming consoles, my xbox series x and my ps5. I also use it to stream hulu

Perfect for work and play. Does everything I need it to and looks amazing. You do need a decent sized desk though so it’s not directly into of you.

Amazing top of the line monitor. If you can afford it, theres no reason why you shouldnt own one of these.

Stay away, riddled with problems due to hardware. Hard to find that works ok out of the box. Heavy and not easy to setup. Needs large room and desk to be able to use proprely. This is simply glorified TV with box. Lose the box and you cant even power it up let alone connect any cable.

Got it yesterday and the thing powers on but i have no image so I cant even run though the setup. Geeksquad is coming out to look at it but I’m guessing I’m going to have to pack it back up and take it back to the store. The box is super heavy so I’m not looking forward to that.

The first time I bought this item, I got the famous "STAND DEFECTIVE" I saw multiple Reddit forms stating the same issue I was having.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER 12/22/22 Purchased monitor w/ Samsung Care+ extended warranty. Purchase on Samsung website - picked up at BestBuy. 5/16/24 - Monitor stopped working. Stopped powering on completely. 5/17/24 - Called customer service # - they had no record of my extended warranty even though I purchased directly from samsung.com . I had to forward them all my receipts. Was told back office was investigating - could take up to 6 weeks. Called multiple times for an update and always got the same answer “ back office investigating” or “waiting on headquarters”. 6/20/24 - The customer service team referred me to the “Office Of the President” and they gave me a case manager contact . Initially he insisted my monitor was “out of warranty” - I had to resend all my receipts (again) - he then proceeded to setup service. 6/27/24 - The service visit he setup attempted to charge me so had to cancel and re-request service. The new service call came with a “One time Accommodation” email. Odd if the unit is under warranty… Service Techs Visits (So far): 7/1/24, 7/4/24, 7/9/24 and 7/11/24 - They have sent a service tech to my house 4 times now and they have not been able to fix the monitor. I’ve taken multiple days off of work to be here for the techs . Every time they fail to repair they claim “they need to order more parts”. They now want to schedule a 5th attempt.. STAY AWAY FROM SAMSUNG

Bought 1 for my wife and 1 for myself. So now we have one of these monitors above our setups. Above our 49in curved monitors. I will say the monitors are great for none competitive fps shooters. But great when i played Atomic Heart, RedFall, Ground Zero, Ark Survival Evolved, Spyro and High on Life. These game ran great and look beautiful on the 55in monitors. But sadly mine has a dead pixel at the top right. Which is not so noticable unless deep black hits it then it turns white or green. Its about the size of a grain of rice. Long flicker on high brightness, but other than that good buy. But i would wait for it to go to $1200 or lower like when i bought 2 at a time..
