    I’m sad to write this review. I purchased almost 14 months ago. Two months after purchase the motherboard went out. I had to wait 12 days for technician (not geek squad) but thankfully covered under manufacturer warranty. Now the same problem is happening. Warranty is expired. I decided to chuck this lemon and purchased a Sony.

    One of the best TV's on the market for gaming

    If you are a fan of gaming and want your games to look and run the best they can, do yourself a favor and buy this TV. The frame rate for my games has never seen such good numbers and the performance of my PC and consoles is maxed. Highly recommend!!!

    Leaving a 1-star review since 0 stars is not an option. I purchased this television in December, the first week of February and it has ceased to operate. There is no power to the unit at all despite trying other outlets in the house. Filed a warranty claim with Samsung and selected an appointment time from their website the day it stopped working. The following Monday, a "private scheduling service" informed me that my selected time was not available - forcing me to take a day off work. Then they told me that the television must be removed from the mount before they could work on it. So I will be figuring out how to safely dismount and store a 3-month-old 77" television at my inconvenience. Purchase the LG.

    Horrible experience with this tv. Loved it until we didn’t. After 3 months tv went black. Shut off and we couldn’t get it to power up. Called Samsung customer service. They scheduled repairs with local repair company. Bad power supply. With out TV for almost a month. Guess what. Another 3 months now and tv went black again. Tv and Samsung sound bar went out with in a day of each other. Assuming something in tv is causing power supply to go out. What are the odds. Had 3 Samsungs and never had issues. This one is a nightmare. Now waiting for Samsung to get back to us . Tv is beautiful if we could just use it longer than 3 months at a time.

    The Samsung 77" Class S90D Series OLED 4K tv is super sweet! We went from a 55" to the 77" and it feels like it's an 85"! So very, very glad we made this purchase!!!!

    Bought this tv less then two months ago, woke up this morning to find out the TV won't turn on. No stand by light or anything. Pretty sure the power board is fried, either way, 2 months in on a 2400 tv! Should not be happening...very disappointed!

    Television died after 4 months and minimal use

    Within 4 months and probably only about 30 hours of actual watching time the television completely died. The tv short circuted, tripped our breaker box, we had to hire an electrician to fix it. The television wont turn on now, everything else connected to the same breaker is fine. After doing some research these tv’s are known for this issue, were under warranty so someone is coming to fix it but now we will have a refurbished product, its unacceptable to charge this much for a tv and have it die in less than 6 months and practically no screen time.
