    It was between this and a second LG OLED C4 for a second tv but went with the Samsung. Glad I did even though the LG is still amazing. I do like the speed of the Samsung OS more than the LG.

    no comment, well if you insist, sound is a bit of an issue as it seems all flat screen tv's have the sound coming from the back bouncing off a wall. The earlier flat screen tv's had the sound system in the front circling the picture frame.

    The first one I bought had electrical issues that caused it to trip the breaker - within the 2-week window so I returned it to BB and got another - I'm now ~ 3 months in and this one is doing the same thing so it's off to Samsung support which it trying at best. If you get one that works it may be the best TV I've had but if not its a piece of garbage - not up to the usual Samsung quality standards

    Walked in to buy one, and the customer service was top notch; they recommended an open box OLED with a great price to include a two-year warranty.

    The TV was less than 3 weeks old and will no longer power on. Disappointing to see this issue. I'm not the only person dealing with this problem. If you buy this TV, I want you to know that you run the risk of it breaking, just be prepared for Samsung to have to send a tech to replace parts.

    My New Samsung died less than 30 days after setting it up. I spoke with Gina at the store and she was very helpful in getting it exchanged at no cost to me. Thank you for the great customer service!!

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your S90D TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.

    Geek Squad install oh 77" Samsung TV

    The 3-person Squad called prior to their arrival well within the installation window. Had heavy-duty shoe covers. Explained the procedure &took the packaging when they left. Good job

    Tv won’t turn on after 4 months of use. Apparently an extremely common problem with this series. Have to schedule Samsung to come out which takes weeks. Stay clear of this one. Loyal to Samsung but this tv is trash.

    TV has died twice, Samsung won’t replace

    Bought the TV in late October 2024 and it died in early December. No power or standby light. Power board replaced and it worked for about eight weeks and just randomly died again, same symptoms. Now support won’t replace and insists only can do repairs despite warranty saying they *could* replace it except they choose not to given it’s a “gray area” for the warranty wording. I will never recommend Samsung after spending this much on their product and getting this run around on a defective lemon.

    TV stopped working after 2 months.

    After 2 months from the day the TV was delivered this brand-new TV won't turn on. Did all the poor shooting and still will not turn on. Called customer service Best Buy and was forwarded to Samsung. I called to talk to someone and still had to fill out the information on my phone to set up an appointment for a tech to come find out why the TV is now working. Will have to wait 3 days for a tech to come out and fix the TV. Not loving this TV like I thought I would. It was great until it stopped turning on.

    Samsung has lost its quality

    Had it for about 6 months and it stopped working all together. It took samsung customer service another 8 weeks to get a replacement out to me and refused to do money back.

    I bought the tv about 4 month ago and barely used it and now the tv won't turn on and best buy is not doing anything about it. They keep saying " you should of bought ghe extended warranty with it" Don't buy it form best buy. It's not worth it

    Wont turn on, Power issues

    I bought this Samsung TV about 11 months ago, and it suddenly stopped working. The red standby light is off, and it won’t turn on at all—it seems to be a power issue. It’s still under warranty, and a Samsung technician is scheduled to check it this week, but it’s disappointing that such an expensive TV failed so soon. After looking online, I noticed many customers reporting the same power board problem. Hopefully Samsung resolves this quickly, but it’s frustrating to deal with after less than a year of use.

    After 3 months of issue free usage TV would not power on. Samsung services was a disappointment, first scheduled repair visit, after waiting 6 days, was cancelled because part had not come in. Very disappointing experience.

    The best tv I've ever had period! It's outstanding with PS5 pro! This is the max size with the panel. Once you lose the panel, you lose clarity
