After 3 months of issue free usage TV would not power on. Samsung services was a disappointment, first scheduled repair visit, after waiting 6 days, was cancelled because part had not come in. Very disappointing experience.

I bought the tv about 4 month ago and barely used it and now the tv won't turn on and best buy is not doing anything about it.
They keep saying " you should of bought ghe extended warranty with it"

Not so Merry Christmas. Use to be a life long Samsung fan, but not anymore. I usually always purched premium Samsung products, and same with this TV. Bought on 1 December 2024, arrived 7 December, and stopped working 26 December. I should have read the reviews and saw all the issues with failures shortly after people purchased. Never thought I needed to do it for Samsungs premium items. Don't get this TV.

I bought this Samsung TV about 11 months ago, and it suddenly stopped working. The red standby light is off, and it won’t turn on at all—it seems to be a power issue. It’s still under warranty, and a Samsung technician is scheduled to check it this week, but it’s disappointing that such an expensive TV failed so soon. After looking online, I noticed many customers reporting the same power board problem. Hopefully Samsung resolves this quickly, but it’s frustrating to deal with after less than a year of use.

This is the last Samsung product I will ever buy. I bought this TV around Christmas time and it lasted about a week or two before I got a black screen of death. I returned it to Best Buy and they gave me a new one as an even swap. After six months, it would not power on. When I opened a service request to get it fixed, it took 10 days for the repair man to come by and he brought the wrong parts. That kicked me back to square one. I tried to get them to let me speak with a supervisor to inquire about expediting the parts so I didn’t have to go through a whole new 10 day process waiting on parts. Finally, a supervisor called back the following week! Samsung truly does not care about their customers, and God help you if you ever have to deal with their customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

2 months in and it's dead. Won't power on. Tried replacing the power cord, changing outlets, and NOTHING. Very disappointed in the quality of this TV. Picture quality is decent, sounds horrible from the built in speakers, so make sure to get a sound bar. Avoid at all costs or atleast get an extended warranty. I missed the return window by 2 weeks and now have to wait over a week for Samsung to send someone out to repair it.

Tv stopped working after 3 weeks. No power LED and will not turn on. Beautiful picture and colors when it worked. Fortunately Samsungs customer service has been helpful so far since it’s past the refund/exchange policy for Best Buy. Just be wary that Best Buy will not price match after the 15 day refund/return policy if the price drops which is what happened to me. May want to purchase from a retailer that has a friendlier return/exchange policy. Will update after Samsung gets back to me.
