    Horrible customer service at Best Buy(Cerritos)

    Good tv but, second week in my wall I lost picture. Very disappointing after paying for it be mounted on the my wall. On top of that tried to return or exchange and I was given a hard time by the Best Buy manager at Cerritos after being told by customer service to take it back for exchange or return.

    After 3 months of issue free usage TV would not power on. Samsung services was a disappointment, first scheduled repair visit, after waiting 6 days, was cancelled because part had not come in. Very disappointing experience.

    TV has died twice, Samsung won’t replace

    Bought the TV in late October 2024 and it died in early December. No power or standby light. Power board replaced and it worked for about eight weeks and just randomly died again, same symptoms. Now support won’t replace and insists only can do repairs despite warranty saying they *could* replace it except they choose not to given it’s a “gray area” for the warranty wording. I will never recommend Samsung after spending this much on their product and getting this run around on a defective lemon.

    TV stopped working after 2 months.

    After 2 months from the day the TV was delivered this brand-new TV won't turn on. Did all the poor shooting and still will not turn on. Called customer service Best Buy and was forwarded to Samsung. I called to talk to someone and still had to fill out the information on my phone to set up an appointment for a tech to come find out why the TV is now working. Will have to wait 3 days for a tech to come out and fix the TV. Not loving this TV like I thought I would. It was great until it stopped turning on.

    Geek Squad install oh 77" Samsung TV

    The 3-person Squad called prior to their arrival well within the installation window. Had heavy-duty shoe covers. Explained the procedure &took the packaging when they left. Good job

    Walked in to buy one, and the customer service was top notch; they recommended an open box OLED with a great price to include a two-year warranty.

    The TV was less than 3 weeks old and will no longer power on. Disappointing to see this issue. I'm not the only person dealing with this problem. If you buy this TV, I want you to know that you run the risk of it breaking, just be prepared for Samsung to have to send a tech to replace parts.

    Not so Merry Christmas. Use to be a life long Samsung fan, but not anymore. I usually always purched premium Samsung products, and same with this TV. Bought on 1 December 2024, arrived 7 December, and stopped working 26 December. I should have read the reviews and saw all the issues with failures shortly after people purchased. Never thought I needed to do it for Samsungs premium items. Don't get this TV.

    Tv won’t turn on after 4 months of use. Apparently an extremely common problem with this series. Have to schedule Samsung to come out which takes weeks. Stay clear of this one. Loyal to Samsung but this tv is trash.

    Will Fail within a year

    Tv has excellent picture but has died within a year. Seems to be a constant problem where it will fail to bring in any power. Don't know why I let the sales guy talk me into this when I knew I should have stuck with LG. Not worth the price.

    I bought and fully paid for this tv and they promised to deliver the tv to my house and on the day that i supposed to get the tv deliver they canceled it at the last minute without any explanation. This is the very first time that i had this bad experience with a big name store like bestbuy. This is not how they honor customer business!

    The best tv I've ever had period! It's outstanding with PS5 pro! This is the max size with the panel. Once you lose the panel, you lose clarity

    I bought the tv about 4 month ago and barely used it and now the tv won't turn on and best buy is not doing anything about it. They keep saying " you should of bought ghe extended warranty with it" Don't buy it form best buy. It's not worth it

    2 months in and it's dead. Won't power on. Tried replacing the power cord, changing outlets, and NOTHING. Very disappointed in the quality of this TV. Picture quality is decent, sounds horrible from the built in speakers, so make sure to get a sound bar. Avoid at all costs or atleast get an extended warranty. I missed the return window by 2 weeks and now have to wait over a week for Samsung to send someone out to repair it.

    Stopped Working After 3 Weeks

    Tv stopped working after 3 weeks. No power LED and will not turn on. Beautiful picture and colors when it worked. Fortunately Samsungs customer service has been helpful so far since it’s past the refund/exchange policy for Best Buy. Just be wary that Best Buy will not price match after the 15 day refund/return policy if the price drops which is what happened to me. May want to purchase from a retailer that has a friendlier return/exchange policy. Will update after Samsung gets back to me.
