    There is a known issue with the power supply, your TV will all of a sudden just not turn on. Best Buy‘s help during the first year unplug it for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Did that work? Even though you purchased the geek squad protection plan.

    Worse TV and experience

    Was excited about this TV as Samsung has been a pretty good brand of TV foe me. Thats where the good stops. After 4 months the power supply went bad (google it; known issue). The closest repair company from samsung is hours away so we had to wait a month to get it repaired. The repair took all of 5 minutes and we were back up and running. Fast forward two weeks and now screen just turns on and off every 10 seconds. Audio works just fine throughout, just the screen issue. Completely done with Samsung at this point and now having to fight them to just refund so we can get an LG OLED. To make things worse Best Buy wont help at all since its outside their short return window and we had forgotten to “upgrade” our Best Buy service plan level. Terrible experience and would recommend anyone stay as far away as you can from this TV.

    RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

    We spent over $400 on a new TV and sound system. Scheduled install for Saturday, November 23, 2024. Everything went beautifully. Technicians left and we went back to Best Buy to make a purchase recommended by the technician only to return home roughly three (3) hours later and turn the TV on to find a huge 2 inch white dead spot running from top to bottom in the center of this brand new TV. Called Best Buy, scheduled another appointment for a replacement TV. Received appointment email stating between 730AM and 1130AM. Followed technician on the tracker which stated he would be at my house by 830 this morning. The technician "Alexis" exited the highway by my house proceeded to sit somewhere for 30 minutes, got back on the highway proceeded to go to some other appointment. Called to find out the issue only to be told I would be his next stop and that he would call me to confirm. No phone call and no Alexis. Called the 800 number three (3) times, talking to people not even in this country telling me he will be here, he will be here. I have spent almost 2 hours on hold with various agents. No one can connect you to a supervisor. It is now 11:55AM well past my appointment window and I still do not have a working TV!!!

    Broken - 77th day of use

    Only lasted 77 days. Installed 12/10/2024 and broke on 2/25/2025. Outside the return window of 60-days. So basically it just won’t turn on anymore. Checked power to the wall, reseated and made sure all cables connected properly. Checked remote. Just won’t turn on …broken.

    Amazing Picture but tv has an issue with turning off and never turning back on. Its a known issue. Purchased from Best Buy & TV went out in 2wks. Best Buy replaced & recommended that I get GeekSquad Warranty. Only to have the TV go out again but b/c it was after 6m. GeekSquad said I have to deal with Samsung first now. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Horrible Experience Best Buy!

    Terrible! I needed to wipe the installers fingerprints off my new TV & I called Samsung for instructions on how to clean and followed the instructions to a T but the screen literally wiped off as I cleaned it with a slightly damp microfiber cloth! I immediately called Best Buy & they did nothing for me because I was outside of their 15 day return/exchange window & I was only outside of it by 3 days!!! I just barely had the TV mounted. They told me to call Samsung so I did, they came out quick but only to tell me it’s not covered under warranty. I bought two Samsung TVs from Best Buy on the same day, I have fingerprints on both & now damage on one. I don’t dare clean them off because of what happened and I’m stuck. I will NEVER do business with Best Buy or Samsung again!!! Be very very careful when cleaning because even if you follow the manufacturer instructions you could cause damage and nobody will care!!!

    I had the same issue as many other reviewers. After about a month, the tv would not power on. This is a very real problem with this tv. Samsung must know there is an issue with so many reporting the same issue. The service company replaced the power board so hopefully Samsung has updated the power board.

    The TV was probably great. However, my initial delivery and setup was scheduled 3-weeks from the purchase date. I received notice 2-weeks into the waiting time notifying me that my delivery would be delayed by another 3-4 weeks. Cancelled my order and went with a different supplier, and have a better TV, for cheaper, installed within 2 weeks.
