    This television died on me 3 months after purchasing it (on a football Saturday!). Dealing directly with Samsung, a “repair” tech can’t be here for 3 additional weeks. Extremely disappointed.

    Tv broke in 1 month and bestbuy is no help even though i paid 500 extra for geek squad they refuse to help me

    Panel will not turn on. Best buy will not do anything without Samsung signing off. I have total tech but still nothing. Samsung is running me around. Very disappointing in a almost four thousand dollar tv. Which by the way has dropped in price tremendously

    Tv Black Screened hours after use. Would not reboot or turn on. Followed all procedures and nothing. had to call Best-Buy- Geek Squad and get replacement.

    Very disapointed! Samsung OLED requires constant adjustments to picture type, brightness, contrast, color for different types of viewed programs. Too bright, too dark. IMO, QLED is superior.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.

      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Menu > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings > Intelligent Mode.

    I have bought Samsung products over the years and they have been pretty reliable , but this last TV I purchased had a round dot on the screen that had no pixels in it . It was just blank dot at the bottom of the screen about the size of a silver dollar . I contacted Samsung on 11/27 and they are finally going to send me back a refund . This is taking way too long to resolve this issue !

    Died after 17 days. Customer service is absolutely awful. It should be called NO HELP CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK did nothing be flat out lied to me. Made promises that they will not keep.

    Worst Experience with this TV and Best Buy

    Worst experience. Bought this TV, few days later it doesn’t power on. From the reviews this is a common problem. Do not buy the tv, do not buy it from Best Buy. They also told me they would lift the TV up and put it on the entertainment center to help. It was dropped in the hallway and they refused. Total Membership was no help, wanted to charge me more to lift it up after they said it would be their pleasure to help.

    Purchased an “open box” buy and it was bent, had to return it to the store to get harassed by the manager asking “how I drove it home”? Only for him to find out his employee put it in my truck upright with me. The tv was bent prior, I know they knew about it too. Shame on you Bestbuy managers!

    I had HIGH HOPES, for this new 77" Samsung TV. Had issues from day one over our current 5-yr old 65" Samsung TV. The new one has had poor streaming quality for Netflix, Apple, Prime and others, but hey, at least it worked.....until it didn't. TV COMPLETELY DIED ON 12/23/24. Lasted 1-month and now won't turn on. Maybe not the TV to buy,
