Some cosmetic issues on the platstic which is fine by me becuae it doesnt affect the performance, but what isnt fine is the clear damage on the screen itself.

Great monitor. I use it for my series x. Coming from a 65 inch Samsung tv this is a night and day difference in reaction time and how clean the picture looks. Also bought a 8k hdmi cable to get the best picture and refresh rate. Was a little scared when I picked it up because the box looked like it was involved in a fast and furious crash montage. When I opened the box everything was good and all there.

I have now ordered 8 of these. Only three of them came with undamaged screens due to poor packaging by Best Buy warehouse. Not from mishandling by freight company. But tossed into a box with minimal packaging by Best Buy so they got damaged by their own parts banging around in the box. Only one of them came with all the original hardware, including the VESA mount adapter. One came with an incorrect pwoer supply, one came with no power supply, and most came with no display cables. Be ready to return if you order Best Buy refurbished monitors. If they don't come in the original packaking, Best Buy has no clue how to pack them safely for shipping, and if they do manage to pack them intheir own packaging and it gets to you undamaged it's most likely because they forgot necessary parts to run it so they were not banding around in the box with the panel to damage it. My goal was to get three of them with the VESA mount adapters to make a racing sim but I gave up on that.

I bought a certified refurbished g70a and it's supposed to include all essential items. Mine did not come with a stand or any kind of power adaptor and cable. Seems pretty essential to operation to be able to power on. Screen was filthy. Getting a roughly one hundred dollar discount on a used product that requires another order to even turn on is unacceptable.

Such a waste of time hoping to get a deal from these guys just to receive a broken item. This is the 2nd time this month i ordered a refurbished monitor and it came in with a cracked display. They throw these in a large box with minimal packaging! Like who are training these guys!?

i ordered the samsung g7 4k 144hz monitor through the best buy app. it said certified refurbished for $200 when its a $700 new monitor. i expected some scuffs and what not but when i got my package, i opened it up and there was an scuffed up asus monitor in a poorly packed box. how does a main stream company like best buy send a complete different brand from a certified geek squad item. no paper work or anything was included so it seems like i was getting scammed. took it to best buy and they gave me a refund but something seems sketchy

purchased refurbished geek squad certified but it had a red stuck pixel and a yellow line down the right side of the monitor. great monitor though if you get one that works. I placed a new order for the same monitor but new this time only 50 bucks more just get it new and skip the potential problems you'd get with a refurbished one.
