This is a second monitor to match the one I have. Due to Covid-19 I searched high and low for a new second one of these. I was skeptical about buying a refurbished one but everything was in the box and the monitor has zero flaws. Color and picture are perfect on both the new and refurb one. 4m/s response time's are great for 4K gaming.

Don’t buy refurb! Monitor had multiple cracks in the bezel, and a dark spot in the corner of the actual screen where pressure was being applied to the panel from the damaged bezel - unacceptable for a “certified refurbished” product. Returned it and bought the same model but brand new instead of refurb, and it is flawless. Picture quality is even WAY better, so that refurb monitor had even more problems than just the physical damage - it’s like a completely different screen! Bottom line, great monitor, but skip the refurb and just buy new!

Ordered two monitors. One of the monitors sent was the wrong unit. Replacement for that Monitor sent was was missing the poer adapter. Plugged it in with the other monitors adapter and it turned out to be broken. Best Buy did refund money without any trouble. The other monitor was correct and runs without issue.
Would recommend the monitor, would not recommend buying a refurbished one.

Decent monitor. Not the best color saturation and the stand is not height adjustable. If those things are not important, this could be a great monitor for you PC needs.

A line appeared on the left side of the display about 1 month. Purchased it in January, and due to the virus, was unable to have it repaired within the 90 day period. Best Buy did not offer a resolution.

Monitor looked great, no dead pixels, nice and bright and without any damage. But the stand wasn't in the box. That's kind of important to have. Best buy couldn't do anything to discount or send a stand, so I had to return it. Kind of a frustrating experience.

Dysfunctional right out of the box

Looked brand new in the box, still had the plastic on near about every component from stand to plug, but none of the buttons on the monitor worked, the menu was inaccessible, the screen kept going black and when I unplugged the HDMI cable the screen retained my desktop image and would not turn off until I physically unplugged it from the wall.
I doubt there was any quality control in ensuring it actually functioned before they shipped it out, it still had the previous purchaser's shipping label on the front just with parts of it blacked out. The icing on the cake was learning that the $50 Geek Squad warranty only entitled me to a refund and not an actual replacement despite it being called "Product Replacement."

I don't think BB tests before shipping

Bought the "like new" version. When it arrived, it looked like a brand new monitor. I don't think BB ever tested it though as it doesn't work at all. I had to return the monitor. The key here is that I believe BB just reboxed up a returned unit without testing it and then sold it back out.

I've had a ton of issues with the image on this going out. have sent it in twice for warranty repairs and within a week or two the image starts flickering and going out to white. i wouldn't buy another Samsung monitor.
