We upgraded to from the old shark to this one, the mapping on this one is perfect! It doesn’t bump into anything, goes back to get recharged empty itself and eliminates a lot of hand vacuuming now. I only have to vacuum maybe once a week just because I am OCD anyway

I took a chance on getting this as it is a lot of money, though it just might be worth it. The vacuum empties itself with ease and works well on both hard floor and carpet, The AI part of the robot works well in detecting rooms and avoiding the rooms I don't want it in.

So far so good. Quieter than previous. Matrix cleaning hits areas in both directions. Transitions nicely from hardwood to carpet.

I love Finnian ( our affectionately named bot) . We had a deebot for years and ran him until his sensor and battery both gave out. I was devastated. With three cats and OCD was a nightmare scenario for me , I happened to run across this shark on sale and bit the bullet on the price, totally worth it. Cat hair, litter, dirt, anything he picks it up, he goes from hardwood to carpet no problem and even vacuums the silicone litter mat!!

When it works without issues it’s great! And even with issues, it’s better than vacuuming myself. I have two dogs and it clogs up every three(ish) days. The dust bin on the charger fills up pretty quick too … but you have to eventually empty something with ANY vacuum. Twice, one of the side sweeps has become stuck and it’s stopped. It took about 7 or 8 cleans before it learned the layout and did a complete vacuum. I manually start it when I go to bed and skip the bedrooms and hallway so not to disturb us (and dogs!) while sleeping. I then do bedrooms and hallway when dogs aren’t in the house. So the scheduling doesn’t work for me, but it’s super easy to manually start, and also gives me a chance to get everything off the floor before I do! (Dog toys, shoes, etc)

I have had many robot vacuum and this by FAR is the best. It is quiet works well on hardwood and carpet. I will stick with shark for all of my robot vacuums!

My fiancée and I had talked about getting a robot vacuum for a while and jumped on this one when we saw that it was on sale. We have three dogs, so this little vacuum is wonderful for keeping our floor clean. The self empty base and storage is also a great feature that allows us to go for weeks without having to empty it. We can easily use our voice assistant to run it as well as update the floor mapping in the app.

I love this robot vacuum! It does a great job and my house now gets vacuumed at least three days a week without it affecting my time. The only down fall is that there is not a program if you have a multi level home.

I purchased this to keep up with cat hair. With 3 cats at home it does the job. Love how convenient the app is. Shark never lets me down. I would buy it again.

This is the best thing since - yes - "sliced bread"! Not it's not without flaws. The app is slow and it takes forever to rechard, but it works once you get used to it. Note: Don't "flip" the map in the app, once it maps your house. It will send the unit to the incorrect location. Just map it, define your rooms and zones, then go from there without "flipping" it. I run it at highest suction, so we do run out of battery quickly. If you just run it for a room or 2 day (or run it in the AM, then late evening after a recharge), then it will handle things well. It's great for our house with 2 dogs and the laser sensor works well - doesn't bump into things. It picks up well, but not as much as a full-power vacuum of course. It's not meant to, so we run the regular vacuum at intervals, but not as often now. We are happy with it for sure!

Had the Shark about three weeks and it is working very well. The mapping program on the Shark is excellent and it cleans pretty fast. The self-emptying feature is great. The app is good and pretty intuitive, but I wish that the mapping page could be expanded. I have the app on my iPad because I have some eye "issues" and I find the screen on my phone is way too small for many tasks. Unfortunately the Shark mapping screen on the iPad is about the same size as my phone screen and I can't find a way make it larger. This is a fairly minor issue. Overall we are happy that we bought it.

Money well spent, turn it on to clean certain or the whole house. Love the fact that it empties itself on the base. Self mapping of my house is a great feature also

I love this vacuum and I use it daily. It definitely helps me minimize my daily tasks. I've had it for over a year now and it's like new.

Excellent purchase cleans everything and vacates in its warehouse

I named her Rosie and we love her. I live in a country setting and between the dog, my husband, and my child lots of dirt gets tracked in. Prior to Rosie comingto live with us, I was constantly sweeping and vaccuming. Now, Rosie takes care of it for me. I don't have internet available where I live so I can't program Rosie to clean, but with a touch of the button off she goes. She does a great job cleaning the floors where she can access. I still have to clean under furniture and tight spots myself. Her only problem is electrical cords. When she encounters them she occasionally becomes hung up. Make sure lamp cords, power sectional cords, etc are not where she can get to them and you are good.

Does an amazing job keeping up with our GSD and cat fur. No more balls of fur around the house everyday. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it doea not get all the fur off the carpet with 1 normal pass so i have to send it again on just the carpet in deep clean mode to get everything, also when the machine self empties, i dont thinknit seals all the way because the house seems to look dusty in the sunlight.

This vacuum does everything we want and more. It cleans our hardwood interior floors very well, and the removable debris container is very easy to remove and dump. We like this product very much!

More impressive than I thought it would be. Cleans the carpets, hardwoods and tile perfectly! Love that it empties itself and only have to clean that out every once in awhile. I would recommend this one.

Best purchase ever!! I have 2 dogs and 1 cat and it picks up all the hair, goes over all my throw rugs without any issues! I highly recommend this!

We love this vacuum. We have a lab who sheds like crazy, we run this every day and have had no issues.
