    I purchased the protection under total tech, supposedly repaired once (although it looked worse than when I sent it in), and when I sent it in for repairs a second time, they just gave me my money back and I bought a new vacuum.

    Best little helper you can buy and not be judged!!! It’s perfect to help with the daily pick ups! But the only thing I need to get those barriers things but they are not available anymore? Why?

    Fantastic vacuum. Mapping was great. Knocked it out first round. Only issue i had was it attempted to vaccum a shirt up on the ground. All in all a great investment. The spot vacuum is great for quick clean ups.

    Great for hardwood flooring, and the self emptying is fantastic. I run almost daily to stay ahead of dog hair and it keeps the floors clean. Initial floor plan mapping was astonishingly accurate, and I was able to easily setup my no-go zones.

    Unbelievable performance on picking up pet hair from my shedding machines!!! Also, I have used the Samsung, Roomba & BoB bots and the Ninja is much quiter than any of them...I can actually watch TV while it's vacuuming in the room I'm in.

    Why didn't I get one of these sooner? My floors have never been cleaner. We have a very large American Bulldog that sheds a lot. No more struggling with pet hair. It took two tries to map our ranch house accurately, but the vacuum works great now. I especially love the matrix clean for the living carpet here the dog spends most of his time. The self-emptying feature makes it hassle free.

    I am actually really enjoying this vacuum. I did place a candle to see if it would avoid it, did a great job. You can not do multiple floor plans. I have it going twice a week while im at work, never come home to it stuck under anything.
