    Very quiet which is the first Thing I look for in a robot tracking, Has excellent substitute power works the corners as well. Overall Shark did a good job

    I am actually really enjoying this vacuum. I did place a candle to see if it would avoid it, did a great job. You can not do multiple floor plans. I have it going twice a week while im at work, never come home to it stuck under anything.

    I got a great deal on an open box item. Nice upgrade from our prior Shark. Doesn't constantly bump into furniture, and don't have to be emptied all the time.

    Why didn't I get one of these sooner? My floors have never been cleaner. We have a very large American Bulldog that sheds a lot. No more struggling with pet hair. It took two tries to map our ranch house accurately, but the vacuum works great now. I especially love the matrix clean for the living carpet here the dog spends most of his time. The self-emptying feature makes it hassle free.

    Works great (a little louder than I would like but I just scheduled it to go while I'm at work) gets all the cat hair off the floor and keeps my apartment clean. The brush also has little cutters on the back of the brush so it doesn't clog up with pet hair. Wish I could schedule specific rooms to happen more often but other than that the app is great.

    Huge upgrade over my previous Roombas. For dog hair and long human hair, it’s a beast….and don’t have to clean the rollers. Mapping and app better as well.

    This vacuum does a great job with my dog hair. I have to clean my roller occasionally, but usually only every 4 days or so

    I bought this for a family member for Christmas. I have one and I love it. My family member is a little on the lazy side, so the Shark Vacuum is the best gift for them. My family member has the Shark scheduled to vacuum every day and because it is bagless (which, I would highly recommend) all they have to do is empty when it is full. there is a little window that will let you know when it is full. The app is very handy as well. Just follow cleaning instructions.
