Wife loves it gets used on daily basis seems to do a good job at vacuuming up fairly easy to set up and let it do its job so far very pleased

Robot is easy to set up, easy to assembly and robot App is perfect and easy to understand. No problems when vacuum and also easy to clean dust deposit.

Great vacuum ! Does a great job every time. Remembers where it was when it needs empty its bin.

Install the app on your phone and you are good to go, the scheduler allows you to program time and days you want it to run. Works great and unloads what it picks up on its own.

This thing is super clutch when I’m not at home to sweep up my dogs fur! Totally worth it!

Best vacuum we have had! I love how it always cleans itself and always finds the charger.

So far it’s treated me well. On the hardwood it kicks the dirt around a bit but eventual traps it but carpet it’s great

I was so excited to get a model like this because I hated emptying it. I was disappointed after a couple times using it that it would just quite in the middle of running and wouldn't stay charged. Also, it didn't go in order like it was supposed to. I might have gotten a lemon because I have other Shark products that I love.

When I can get the floor clean enough for it to run it vacuums everything perfectly including dog hair and bird seed.

I have two cats, so this little robot has saved my floors from the shed fur/tumbleweeds that they produce, and help manage litter that falls from litter boxes. I only wish it would let me select what room I want cleaned at any given time, but I guess Shark wants you to get an even higher end model for that feature. Instead it’s clean the whole house or nothing. Not the worst problem, but something to consider.

Does exactly what I wanted it to do. Was bought as a gift for my mother who has back issues and she doesn’t have to bend over to sweep into a dust pan

Needed a simple robot vacuum for my basement. Works great, cleans great, easy to use.

With 2 dogs, we ask a lot of a little robot in our house. This unit was purchased to replace a Tesvor. The old unit required constant maintenance, frequently “forgot” the map, and got stuck at least once per run. I’ve been fairly pleased with the shark … Pros - Self emptying bin is great feature and works After near daily runs, very seldom has gotten stuck Self cleaning roller works fairly well, but still requires periodic cleaning Cons: Mapping feature is poor on the unit/software Unable to set zone restrictions with software - requires strips (sold separately) Reasonable value, helps with upkeep of the house. Nice addition with a moderate discount, might be less satisfied if full MSRP. 3.5 stars

Ive had mine for over a year, but not even 2 months in it began to say there was an opstruction beneath the vacuum. There was nothing. I literally tour it apart and nothing. I had to reset it to get it to work again. It worked for a couple of weeks then began to do the same thing. Ive seen other reviews on this product but did not believe them. Honestly, I love the idea and the fact that it was a cheaper and on sale when i got it. However, now looking back I would have spent more money on a different product after having so many issues with this product. When it works, it cleans well. However, any little thing that it catches is considered an obstruction. For example: leaves, dog food( not whole pieces), food (like when you wipe down your stove) and just little things you would think is not a problem. If you dont want to have to stop what you are doing, cleaning it, breaking it apart, then having to reset it. This is not the product for you… good luck.
