Great vacum. Easy operations and does a great job.

It’s a good robot cleaner. Its goes long and do the job perfectly. It’s pick up more than the broom.

As a not so tech savvy person this is a great item to have. I call it my lazy girl cleaner. I’ll have it on while i’m doing other errands or going about my life. I can say there are some things that annoy me like how it takes forever to clean the whole house. When you send it to dock it plays around for a while before going back. I don’t like how it didn’t come with any of the tools it states in the manual are good for use to clean. Yet, I can’t complain because it does making doing cleaning easier. I can connect it to my phone & have it clean while i’m not home. It has its pros and cons but I like it.

I have a great experience with Shark vacuum . It has a great suction and it is very easy to set up . It is perfect for a first time vacuum . Cleaned every corner of my apartment .

First robot vacuum. Nothing to compare to but I'm very pleased with its performance. Yes, have to clean the bin after every use but did that on standup vacuum. Suction very good. No, it doesn't do windows. Would recommend it highly. Nothing wrong with getting back top the basics.

Very Noisy and Basic model. Not smart enought. it changes the direction when bumps in to something and never goes back to same spot to clean again.

Doesn't sound very strong but does an excellent job. It isn't very loud which is a plus and covers the 1500 square feet easily and efficiently. Runs approximately 1.5 hours.

I absolutly love this vacume. I programmed it to go where i want and can come in to a fresh vacumed room with no effort! It does have to be emptied alot but we have 3 dogs. I highly reccommend this robot

This vac works pretty well. I cannot control it on my phone because my workplace is on a private wifi network and will not allow me to connect personal devices.

The robot is pretty good. It doesn’t make the floor immaculate, but it does a good job of cleaning. Make sure your floor is clean… it can get stuck. Even in large areas. Over all a good product.

I bought this for my sister who is technology? Illiterate and I've yet to get one complaint or question out of her and how to use this. So I'd go as far as say that this is user friendly

I do like this vacuum, however, i really would like to be able to tell it wher to go without having to stand in front of it or pick it up. Decided to order the next level up.

Easy setup works and performs great for the price!

This is a replacement from my previous Shark Ion. That had a I 25# kettlebell dropped on it. I love the simplicity of this design. I let it loose in the room I want to clean. When I'm ready to do the dusting "Sharky" has finished the floors. I'm not bothered by the sounds of it knocking into furniture legs because it doesn't cause any damage. Emptying the dust bin is so simple. I elected not to get the self emptying one, because the large bin still needs to be emptied. So this style may not work for everyone, but it's perfect for me.

This is great! I set the Shark Robo Vacuum in the living room. It then moved the the dining room, the kitchen, the hall and two bedrooms. There are three long rugs on top of hardwood floors. All were clean and then, the little Robo parked itself in the charger!
