We have vinyl plank flooring with some area rugs and three cats. I run the robot in the main area every day, which keeps hair from building up in the places the robot can't get to, namely right against the baseboard and under chair legs. Once a week or so, I broom those difficult spots out into the main area, which is pretty quick. In one room I have to pull up the area rugs, because their fringe interferes with the robot. So I pull them up once a week, shake them off into the main area, and let the robot clean it up. It does a good job, and the app is pretty decent. I wish you could remap just a room without needing to remap the entire house when you move a piece of furniture. But overall it does well and is pretty intuitive.

I bought a refurbished Shark robot, thinking it would work. However, even after letting it sit in its dock for 48 hours after receiving it, it still wouldn't turn on. It wouldn't charge. I couldn't get support directly from Shark, but I messaged the seller I bought it from through Best Buy. They responded very quickly and asked me to try a few things, but it still didn't work. As a result, we started the return process. I'm waiting.

When I bought this it was a great deal but it started leaking water from the mop water container. It was refurbished and I do not have the box so I don’t think I can return it there is any warranty. It worked well for the first couple of weeks and exceeded my expectations especially for the price but only working for a couple of weeks makes it less than 1 star but the performance before then was 5 star. I don’t think I’ll ever get anything refurbished again. I would recommend this product if it wasn’t a refurbished product.

I bought this refurbished unit. It came in quickly. It looks like it’s brand new original packaging, but it did have everything that would’ve been in the original packaging. It works fall asleep. I’m happy with the product. I would recommend.

This is my first shark robot vacuum. It is way better than I expected. Setup and making out was easy. I've had it for over a week. Works great!

Does what it is supposed to do. Took a bit to get used to and set up but I like it and makes cleaning so much easier for busy households!

This vacuum is pretty amazing. It was refurbished but you would not know, it came in good packaging and looked new. Worked right out of the box, the app is very easy to navigate. I use is twice a week, auto programmed to vacuum. Then once a week, I use the mop feature. It can mop my entire house in one session so I don't have to keep refilling the liquid tank. This was definitely worth the low refurbished price.

Work decent not a solve all but a keep up on a daily clean tool.

Love this robot but had a lot of trouble getting it connected to the internet with my phone. Took several calls to Shark and a call to my provider. Once connected it worked wonderfully.

This is a very good product. I use it for everything my everyday purpose, and it is good for me and my wife when we travel to work.

This little R2 unit is quiet and relentless against fur and dust. It even picks up the cat litter and sidewalk salt!!!
