I'm giving this 4 stars because the value is incredible, but the mopping function definitely has some flaws. My unit doesn't seem to regulate water usage well. It leaks even when it's on the dock or not in mopping mode, so the pad stays constantly wet. The water tank also runs out quickly. I have to refill it two or three times just to mop the whole house. If you can overlook the mopping quirks, it's still a solid buy for the price.

I absolutely love this vacuum and mop combo! I’ve been using it for about three weeks now, and my house stays clean all the time. It vacuums and mops at the same time, which saves me so much time and effort. Honestly, it has been the best purchase I’ve made in a long time. I’m in love with it and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a clean home with less work!

Fairly easy setup and much quieter than my Roomba was

This little guy saves you a ton of time, is super easy to set up, and vacuums and mops at the same time. The app lets you set "no-go zones" and carpet areas, which makes this robot even better. Set it and forget it!

Does good vacuuming and mopping, but only a month of owning it, the dust bin attachment on the vacuum has begun to just break and fall apart almost as if it’s dry rotting

This is the best thing that works clean my house. It cleans well in my kitchen floor and my living room. The carpet looks polished because of my shark. It looks aesthetic that suit my taste.

Love this thing, keeps the dog hair picked up regularly just click a room press a button and let it go.

I am very happy with the vacuum. It’s a big improvement since last model a cleans very good definitely a recommend for every household family.

I bought this robot vacuum from beach as this is listed. One of the pins used to charge tge robot in the doc is broken and has been sence i took it out of the box. The tower/doc never get the dog hair or dirt out of the robot vacuum. You have to empty your self. Not sure why. Now the robot will not pick things up most of the time and we have lamanit floors no carpet. This is a bad refurb and not any wear near excellent condition. I have had mine less then a month and it is trash. Don’t waste your money

There are broken parts, noticeable scratches, and even hairs present.

Not that effective, doesn’t do edges ( I reset maps couple of times) , goes back to dock every 10 minutes

Was a little skeptical on purchasing this product but i am very surprised on how well it mapped out the house the first of using it. Once its done cleaning it will go back to the charging dock and empty itself without any problems! Would highly recommend if you need help around fhe house if you are not home alot. Just set it up on what days you want it to clean, and no worries it helps alot!

This mop/vac works great! Battery life is sufficient to mop and vacuum a 2 bedroom apartment. It seems to be pretty good at moving over/around obstacles (rugs, dog toys, cords, etc.). My only recommendation for improvement would be a larger reservoir for floor cleaner. Current model needs to be refilled every 1-2 mops.

The price was right. This vacuum does a nice job cleaning the floors . The only issue is the instructions are not very to apply to the vacuum for mapping out the rooms to be mopped in areas. I opted to just use as a vacuum and not mop . The vacuum empty’s after cleaning , but you still have to manually clean the Hepa filter after each vacuuming.?

Works well. The part where the robot connects to charge on the dock is broken but still works. For the price it is pretty good. The dock sounds like a shop vac it is very loud when emptying the robot. But it works well. The app also isn't as user friendly as some of the other robot vacuums we've gotten in the past.

Got this vacuum refurbished. Was really hesitant to get robot vacuum cleaner because the Samsung vac I had before really disappointed me. Well, after using this vac and mop for little over 2 months, I can say that I am really happy to have it. App works,great, vac stays connected to wi-fi consistently. It tends to avoid the furniture consistently, but sometimes it still bangs into some of it, very rearly, though.The only downsides are: 1. Vac is pretty tall, so would not go under most of the furniture. 2. Corners are usually left untouched, so if you are OCD like me, you may need to go with the regular stick vac through the corners. It is loud, but not deafening loud, I can watch TV being in the same room. The only time when it gets REALLY loud is when the tower starts suctioning the vacuum to epty it. But it lasts just a few seconds, so It's not a problem. Vac does pretty good job on mopping as well. I love my vacuum and mop, will never go back to just regular one, as it saves my time, energy and need to do it myself.

It was a little challenging to connect to 2.5G internet. My only speed is 5. This machine is working well as I stay up on my floors.
