Works great, once it maps your floors it takes off and goes to work. My wife was really surprised what it picks up. We have all tile floors and 2 throw rugs. Very pleased.

We are so happy with our new helper we have a German shepherd and I don’t want spend my life cleaning this little machine helps a lot.

I had an old iRobot and this Shark vacuum exceeded my expectations. It thoroughly cleans my floors, without a trace of dirt left behind. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I love this little robot vacuum. I have an English mastiff that is huge, and he sheds large coarse hair constantly. Before I was sweeping my hardwood floors every other day and there were still piles of hairs accumulating in the corners and along the edge of the wall. With this vacuum it’s programmed to run once a day and I haven’t touched my broom since and there are no clumps of hair. Would highly recommend.

This doesn't stay connected to the wifi. Cleaned the house once, now it does half, docks to charge and does not resume cleaning like its supposed to. The app isn't user friendly. Spending hours deleting the vac and redoing everything. Also bumps into everything!!!! Would never purchase again. Purchased this because I own an upright shark vac and love it. This is definitely a miss. Also be aware best buy only has a 15 day return policy.

Worst machine and horrible customer service.

Worst vacuum ever! Had several other vacuums from a different brand. Never had much of a problem. The reason I bought a new one was battery issues. I decided to try shark. I’ve seen the commercial and thought this vacuum would be perfect. I own three labs so hair is a problem. For the first two months we had no issues. Then the machine kept losing signal and I would have to reconnect. It involves rebooting and searching for a new vacuum. I tried talking to customer service and returning the unit but they kept wanting to run me through repair procedures which I had already completed. I’m still waiting for the call back (month later). The unit is constantly getting clogged with hair. This is not the dust bin but where the rollers are. This is almost weekly. Lastly the machine is constantly getting stuck or blocked and takes forever for the battery to recharge. Needless to say never stray from a reliable brand

Doesn't seem to know there are where missed areas

It does a good job, but misses places here and there in throughout the entire home. I have been waiting for it to get to a certain area which it hasn't pickup up some debris for 3 weeks now and it runs 3 days a week. So, 9 times it had an opportunity to reach the open area that has some small debris that may have came off shoes by the front door. I can clean it myself, but it is suppose to be doing the whole house. Now I wonder if it doesn't reach a whole lot of areas. I don't have time to follow it as it takes hours to do my 2000 sq ft ranch home.

It was easy to set up and map but it did not do a good job of getting under cabinet edges and corners. I decided to return within the 15 days for refund.
