Great product to protect your home from costly water damage.

Been using Simplisafe for about a year, added the water sensors near my basement sump pump for peace of mind while traveling. Time to add one by the floor drain for quick detection in the event of a sewer back. Very happy with SimpliSafe.

Peace of mind with this little device. Works well , tested. Highly recommend for protection again water leaks.

Needed another sensor to place under our basement water heater to detect leaks. Tested and works perfectly. This was an add-on to an existing system which was very easy to add on to the main control unit.

Really works great. Placed in the basement bathroom. It was the middle of the night when we got an alert that there was water in the basement and when we investigated it was a busted water line. We were able to shut the valve off.

To me these are cheap insurance. I put them everywhere. I have them under all my bathroom sinks, under my kitchen sink, in my laundry room, behind my washing machine, by my sump pumps, by my water softener, but a water heater, and by by garage sink. Water damage is not only inconvenient but horribly expensive to repair. Spend a few bucks and protect yourself and save yourself headaches.

Easy set up and pairing with my Simplisafe system.

The set-up on the device is seamless. If you are adding this on to your SimpliSafe system then it will only take a minute, I even went as far As to drop some water on it and SimpliSafe monitoring called me in 5 seconds.

The water sensor works perfectly. Bought it after redoing the bathroom to have one under the sink and toilet. Easy to add to my existing SimpliSafe system and extremely please with SimipliSafe having been a member/subscriber for years.

The SimpliSafe Water Sensor is very easy to set up. Take it out of the box, pull the tab, go to your keypad menu, select add new device and you are good to go. This can be placed under the sink, next to a water heater, next to the washing machine, floor drain of a basement, and so much more.

Instead of upgrading my battery sump backup, I just added this next to the pit. Sprayed it with water and within 60 seconds got a call from a SimpliSafe Rep. Definitely gives me peace of mind if I were to leave the house, or heck even for when I’m asleep.

Had to replace the battery in a brand new device but other than that, it works okay.

Purchased this tiny tool to help me in identifying the water leakages. So far so good in the past 2 weeks.

The sensor is good at what it does. Detected water easily and it was about a table spoon. Definitely what is needed to avoid costly leaks

Connected seamlessly to my simplisafe system, and it just sits on the ground or whatever flat surface where you are at risk for water! Easy!

Good product but Best Buy sent me an opened package but it works.

Wanted the water sensor for extra protection so if we had a water leak we would be alerted, this is awesome add on!

I wish we would have had this when our sump pump went out. This works great and it’s really small. It won’t go off if it’s a drop of water it will need to be a small puddle of water

Great to add to utility room or where water heater is located. It will alert you via the app and make an alarm sound if water is present. If you have the paid service, the service center will also call you if a leak is detected.
