This sensor is a great addition to our SimpliSafe alarm system. We located it in our laundry room to provide warning in the case of a water leak.

Very sensitive and works great with the SimpliSafe system.

Goes off right away just what I needed in my basement

Haven't used this product yet but if it's like the other simplisafe products I will like it just fine very happy with there products abs customer service dept they back there products up from defects and error and they have protected my homes for over 3years now and many more

One more addition to my SimpliSafe System. Just what I needed. If you have SimpliSafe app on your phone, then this water sensor sends notification in case of water leakage. This feature saves my $$ by not subscribing to monthly services.

Should there be a leak, you will get alerted by sms and an alarm. Pretty decent. Note: I do have their subscription.

Just place in window and never have another flooded room. It is worth every penny to have an early warning and find out before it is too late.

You need a central hub! It will not work by its self.

Works as advertised. But only lasted 18 months. Randomly goes off in middle of night so has to be replaced

These are great! Water heater supply line came loose and this let me know immediately. Saved me thousands in damages.

Had my washer overfill, and even with system set to off the bsse unit started talking and simply safe called within a minute!

I need to add another water sensor to my existing system. I trust these products will alert me if there is a water leak. Very easy to install.

As soon as water touches this thing you’ll get a call from Simplisafe’s monitoring service- I know because it’s happened to me twice! So glad to have a system that will alert me to leaks I can’t see, whether I’m home or not.

It does as it is inteneded to do. I tested it because of flooding paranoia and it sounded the alarm

so for so good I have only tested it to make sure that it works.

Hasn’t went off yet. Easy set up. Hope I never need it.

Wanted to make sure that our upstairs bathrooms and our laundry room is always dry. For such a small price for this safety item to prevent huge and costly repairs that they can be sprinkled throughout the house.
