Kevin at the Margate Best Buy is a very experienced installer and knows his craft. Too bad he has to work with limited inventory, but he knows how to install and leave no trace. Quality work as he figured out how to install a JBL subwoofer into the trunk of my convertible for the desired effect. We were not going to get a big boom , but that's now what i was after. For some jobs you get a professional like Kevin and Marcus

I asked the salesman to make my Ford Mustang sound Amazing, at whatever cost?? All my speakers, receiver were replaced an amp and subwoofer were purchased as will. When I got my car back the speaker on the passenger door was popping with muffled vocals when volume increased. I returned my car and asked that they make it sound right, I was informed they don’t tune the stereo and speakers, and not sure why it was making that noise?? I left my car with them another day so they could diagnose the problem, all they did was tune down the bass, Tribble, and mids until it sounded flat. They returned it and said it’s fixed. For the amount of money I spent I am disappointed in the service and product. I will not go back to Best Buy

The installer was informative and performed a great job with the installation of the of the speaker and amplifier.

I purchased a subwoofer on amplifier from another online site and then had Best Buy install them for me. I have installed a subwoofer and amplifier myself before but the quality of the install job is never very good. It was extremely convenient to set up and pay for an appointment online and then just drive my car to the Best Buy store at the scheduled time. Price for install was also ten to fifteen dollars cheaper than the other places that I looked at.

Another amazing car audio installation, by the team at the Holyoke Mall. Amp and sub, 4 better kicker speakers to replace the 4 I had installed 3 weeks earlier. All this combined with a power pack for the car speakers has turned my 2012 civic into a car I truly enjoy driving.

I think this review should be subjective, because every best buy has different people/installers. The one that has done both of my cars (same guy) has done a pretty decent job. No obvious changes made to the car, other than the amp and speaker that is no installed. Didn't seem to damage or alter the sate of my dash or other OEM components. Sound system sounds as expected, but that doesn't really have much to do with the installer as it does with components, but he did a job of that.

Dropped off my car went shopping sat down to eat lunch and bam the install was done! The service was quick professional and accurate. Very pleased.

I'm speechless...geek squad tech Paul is amazing!!!! My son n I r extremely, extremely satisfied with his suggestions on which items we needed n didn't need. He guaranteed us we would b satisfied n he was RIGHT!!!!

they sound pretty good. i wish they would've tuned it with the equalizer for me, they told me to come back to do that in a week for some reason i forgot. but i never got around to going back to get it done. not sure why i had to wait a week... but oh well. over all sounds pretty good.
