    It worked out really well. I was nervous about purchasing an open-box large tv. The TV, Sony Bravia, is great. We love the quality. The box was missing the screws for the stand which we had to source. Other than that, it was in new condition. I like that the sound quality is enough that you don't need to add a speaker.

  • Good TV, but sales associate lied about membership

    The TV is great. The sales associate told me I’d have 12 months of price match if I paid $50 for a membership, but he lied to me. The price match was only good for 60 days. So, I canceled the membership after finding out the hard way when the price dipped $300 only 90 days after my purchase. I bought it at the Quail Springs location in OKC. Sales associate gave me false info.

    Excellent picture quality. Ordered online and picked up Friday before Christmas and surprised my wife for Christmas after our 2 1/2 year house rebuild and it rocked her world. The sound bar was delivered Christmas Eve and now it's like being in the theatre but at home. Love all the options and apps.

    Went to the Memphis TN store on Poplar. Purchased a new TV. I soon after had a problem with a TV. The manager, Cam, bent over backwards to take care of me! Best retail manager I have ever dealt with. A real professional. Also, everyone I worked with at the store was super nice, and seemed to really love working there. Incredible experience!!! I'll never shop for electronics anywhere else. Customer for life...
