Product worked well to start with and then within 4 weeks started to switch off randomly. Despite following all the online advice for this problem, several hard resets later which required setting everything up from scratch again, which took some time! i simply returned it to store.
Thank you for the feedback. It is unfortunate that the TV had to be returned. Thank you for sharing your experience and we hope you will consider Sony again in a future purchase.

Where is my TV and install?

4 missed delivery and install appointments without communication. It's been over a month since purchase and still not delivered. No follow up after spending hours on the phone. Multiple escalations to leadership w/o any call backs. This is the worst display of customer service I've ever experienced.

The picture quality on this qled is disappointing. It was difficult to compare it with the oled tv because they were on opposit sides of the showroom floor. I will probably return this tv.

TV was supposed to show up by game one of the World Series. All of a sudden it got canceled and pushed back, meanwhile, I was having a World Series party and the 85 inch Bravia was going to be the star of the show. I overpaid my painters and ELECTRICIAN for working late and over the weekend so the room was ready for the TV install. That ended up being a waste of $800, then the morning of delivery they canceled which cost me another $400 because I took off of work. I explained all of this to Best Buy, meanwhile, they could care less and did nothing for me mind you I’ve literally spent thousands of dollars in their store recently. The following week on October 28 it finally got delivered and installed. I was very happy with it for the first month or so until it started freezing up and I literally had to unplug it every time because the remote became unresponsive. I contacted Sony about this and they walked me through steps to resolve the issue Which got better and happened less frequently, but still happened every now and then. A few days ago I go to turn the TV on and it doesn’t work. I have sound but a black screen, didn’t matter what input I put the TV on the screen would not work. I got back on the phone with Sony to troubleshoot but nothing worked so my case was escalated and now Sony is sending someone to repair it. The engineers are saying it’s the main board, we’ll see what happens I own three other Bravia’s and have never had an issue, figures it happens on a $5000 television.

I currently have the Sony 85" Class BRAVIA 9 Mini LED QLED 4K UHD Smart Google TV (2024). After watching the TV for about 10 minutes, it starts cycling on and off repeatedly. All available software updates have been installed, but the issue persists.

Tv not as good as I expected, I am having trouble with the control, can’t make it work and I just bought it a 2 months ago so that’s not a good deal, and it was not cheap either, so not too happy about this purchase

Really stunning TV, if you are into movies/shows it will definitely elevate your experience. This TV is absolutely massive and made my old 55" TV look like a little toy. I have never had an OLED but this is the best TV I have ever viewed so not sure how it compares to the very best of the best current TV's but I am very happy with this purchase and hope to get many years out of it. The built in speakers are decent to start with but I will be adding a new sound system later on.
