Camera takes great action shots at sporting events and captures a lot of detail.

I've had this since Black Friday and this camera is one of the best I've worked with! You can really take some outstanding photos with minimal/no changing of any settings but has plenty of built in features/settings to adjust. I've fallen in love with this camera!

I had a Sony A200 but after traveling to Europe this summer, I knew I needed something lighter (by the time I packed the zoom lens, macro lens, etc). I like this new one because it is mirror-less, light weight, travels easy and pictures are extremely sharp. I love it.

Bought camera for my European trip. Very convenient camera. Fit in most bags and take awesome pictures. Highly recommend if you travel and would like to capture amazing pictures without carrying a bulky/heavy camera.

I like this camera. I switched from a Canon and it took a little while for me to get to know some of the features. It does offer a quite a few things that are a bit hidden and it was great that there is a Sony expert at the Best Buy shop . I love how you can shoot vivid scenes as well highlight single colours like red, blue or green. It's pretty easy to use as there's information on the screen about which setting does what.

The camera has a lot of features that you would expect from a Sony product. The main plus for me is the light weight of the camera with the different attached lens. Video is also great to be able to switch back and forth between taking pictures and recording.

I love this camera! Coming from a Canon t6i I can tell you that the Sonys are getting at the top of the game. The features this camera packs are the same or sometimes better than a $4000 pro camera. Just buy it and learn how to use it and you'll mind blown.

Both picture and video quality are excellent. In low light picture and video quality are good. Camera is light weight compare to those big DSLR with the same image quality. Perfect for vacation and traveling without dragging those heavy camera equipment.

Bought for my wife as a gift, she has turned into a pro now...lol Really easy to use pics are so crisp and clear, Zoom for graduation pics were also easy to take.

I've used this camera for a little over a week now and I absolutely love it. It takes amazing pictures during the night, which was something I was looking for. The quality is great, I'd say it's pretty easy to use for beginners and more advanced photographers.

I saw the a6000 kit in my local Best Buy as an open box with savings of about $350. I have used Canon products before. This camera was AMAZING! I don;t have the steadiest of hands, but I consistently got crisp, clear pictures while using this Sony. I would say with my Canon (T5 or 7D), my hit rate was about 60%-70% good, whereas with the Sony I was getting more like 90% good shots. The only real downside is the availability of lenses. With Canon or Nikon, they're a tons of options, but with the Sony not so much. I do a lot of nature and animal photography and there's really nothing affordable with an e-mount that is greater than 210mm. I realize that with the crop sensor, it more like 350mm, but it's still something to consider. I guess if you wanted to go longer, you could get an adapter and use either a-mount lenses or Canon/Nikon lenses. I ended up returning this camera to get the new A6300.

The Sony a6000 is a great value with 2 lenses and solid photo quality. It's easy to use, simple to operate and makes a great all-purpose shooter for all situations. Add a flash and you've got a perfect companion for great images.

Before I purchased this product I made sure I had my options and saw different brands like Canon,Nixon, and decided to go for Sony not only for the great price but because the product itself is great with a lot of features. Great product
