Dave and Spencer brought in the sound bar package, unpacked it and proceeded to connect and start it up. They were technically very proficient and equally important they were very personable and conscientious. Going above and beyond their task they reset all three control devises to one and noting that the picture was not the best it could be, voluntarily made the needed adjustments. We could not ask for a better experience from two very professional technicians. If you need technical service and have these two gentlemen provide the service I am totally convinced you will be extremely happy. Paul G Jucha

Two Geek Squad staff came to mount the tv. They were knowledgeable and courteous to answer my questions and offer future support if needed. They also followed my PPE request for COVID protection. Kudos for that!!!

He did a great job of setting up the sound bar and helping us get used to using it. The remote is very good and easy to operate.

We have used the in-home service twice because the pieces we ordered came at two different times. The installers were excellent. They were patient and answered all our questions of which there were many.

We bought a new TV and needed a soundbar to go with it. The Geeks came in and set both up for us. The sound is great out of the soundbar, and we use the same remote as the TV to control it!!!

The team quickly and professionally set up my home theater system. Explained how it was set up and we had good, productive talk about the status of the older receiver. I now know what my options are concerning what I could do to upgrade if I choose to do so. Great team!

Tech connected new sound bar to our new tv. He was knowledgeable, very careful with our belongings , when he repositioned our Tv table. He was Friendly & took the time to show me how it worked.

I already had an LG soundbar, but was still not totally certain of the best method of setting it up. These guys did a great job and the sound is outstanding.

My tv became disconnected from the cable. Once connected the sub woofer would not activate. The tech was unable to fix the issue and recommended that I purchase another sound bar. I was not charged. I replaced the sound bar and also purchased rear speakers which have added a new demension to the sound.

The agent came mounted my sound bar to the TV and showed me how to work everything. She was great at it as well. Hope to get her again.
