Torque sensor came cut from bike, had to ask for a replacement but the bike is very fun to ride. I love to see a better/similar product in the future.

I was super excited to buy this bike. Although… not as excited as my 9yo son, that I bought it for. Our excitement was short lived. The bike had the perfect size, power, and features that we wanted. The issue came in the fact that after just 120miles, the nylon tires were worn out and the belts were showing. A few miles later, a tire was flat and wouldn’t hold air. This happened in about 3 weeks. The bike also showed up with a busted headlight. There isn’t much to be said about the quality here but the specs looked good on paper. I hope they decided to switch to a rubber tire and then I may purchase again.

Horrible customer service! I purchased the swft BMX ebike for my grandson for Easter and after only 6 months we are stuck with a big paper weight. The bike and lcd screen will not power on so I contacted customer service and opened a warranty claim on 7/28 and I'm still waiting for someone to resolve my issues. I've emailed them 4 times so far but they keep blowing me off. So if your in the market for an ebike do yourself a favor and cross off any bike made by swft.
