I love this TV

Only thing that I’ve noticed is sometimes it freezes. No big deal though because with a reboot it’s back to working like a champ. I did buy the Geek Squad protection so I’m not worried about having any issues.

Worse than horrible

Both have performance issues, as in it takes minutes just to boot up and one was dead after a year. Installed apps like Netflix and Sling take way too long to load and occasionally crash a minute or two after loading. You have to unplug the TV from the wall every week or two because nothing will work after an app crashes a few times. All of this seems like a TV that has very low memory and/or corrupt memory/OS. Note that I've observed this with both TVs. To top it off, one of the TVs started getting dead pixels, then a whole line was missing from the screen, then a few lines, and finally, no picture at all after about 3 minutes. But hey, at least I could hear my TV programs. A complete waste of time and money.

Disappointed in my 75” TCL

Was watching a movie and heard a popping sound come from the back of the tv, followed by a burning smell. Now it doesn’t work. Super disappointed that’s all we got out of it. The tv was fine up until that point. Can’t say I’ll buy another TCL because of this experience.

TCL is Terrible Crap LCD

Have been dealing with TCL warranty for 6 weeks now and they have been horrible. I will not purchase from them again and recommend Best Buy stop selling them since Best Buy will only refer you to TCL for warranty.
