Started reading reviews of this before I came to purchase and to my pleasant surprise it’s lighter than I expected and much more comfortable. The range of the Bluetooth is fantastic and the battery life is pretty outstanding. Sound and sound options within the app with the EQ custom settings are really nice too. Would buy again for sure

Love this headset would purchase again wonderful quality and love the Bluetooth on these and especially they are wireless live that would purchase again !!!!!

When it works the sound is great and it is super comfy. I will be returning because it takes forever to get audio, and if I do get it to connect it randomly decides to just stop giving me audio. I have tried on multiple PC's. It may just be a bad unit. Not sure if I will replace, or return for another one.

Software is terrible

Software was so bad on PC that im having to return. The sound quality is amazing though. Sounds really good but the software ruins it completely. EQs dont save to the headset. The mic stops working once you update the turtle beach audio drivers. I even factory reset them 3 times and tried. Spent three hours trying to fix. My recommendation would be wait until turtle beach gets the software figured out.

My son loves this headset. From time to time it un pairs when he comes back after a long week away.
It takes some navigating to get it to connect sometimes

Great headset. Got them for XBOX. They do not work wirelessly for Xbox so these need to be plugged in. I like these because they are not as heavy as the better turtle beach models and still sound great.

Great quality and great sound. My wife couldn’t talk to me through my old headset got these so I can hear the game and hear he talk to me 7ft away clearly while haveing both headphones on before I had to keep one ear off with my other headset.

When they work they work great. They randomly have this audio glitching sound every other day that is like metal scraping on metal and there is no fix that I've found. Had some issues with the bluetooth not auto connecting when coming back to my PC after letting it idle. Can't complain too much because they weren't expensive but I wouldn't recommend.

It is nice that the set included audio jack cables so I didn't have to use bluetooth. The set is a little heavy. It's a pain to get bluetooth setup and was not as simple as they claim.

While the headset is extremely comfortable and the ease of use is very simple, this headset runs into the same issue that many other headsets unfortunately run into, and that's just a blatant disregard to audio balance in the left and right earpiece. Unacceptable for such an expensive item.
