A dissapointment to say the least. After being asked specific questions about what kind of set up we needed for a new smart tv, we paid to have the Geek Squad hook it up - total waste of money! Not only could they not install it without having bulky wires showing (the one thing I didn't want!), they said they had synced the tv, cable and sound bar. Not so! Now, we're using 3 remote controls every time we watch tv. We could've done that ourselves and saved $350!!!
