Jeff and the other gentleman that set up my system did a fabulous job!!! In addition, took the time to walk me through step by step how everything works. Very professional and courteous!!! Jeff did a previous install for me. I was so glad to have him back.

Geek Squad delivered my new Sony Bravia 9 65” tv and set everything up very quickly. Only had to make my own personal picture quality settings to get the absolute best picture.

My installers were courteous, professional and knew what they were doing. They unpacked, hooked everything up with no problems, and left no “debris” when they took my old TV out the door. They instructed me on anything new that I needed to know regarding my new set. I was very pleased with my TV and the installers.

When you buy a huge tv you definitely want the Geek Squad to set it up for you. They delver, connect everything and mount it for you. Once you are set up they take the huge box it was in and remove it from your house so you don't have to deal with it. The service is professional and they answer all your questions. After they show how everything operates you will have the best viewing experience. I highly recommend them.

We had Mr. Kelly & Mr.Alex come and do the installation for our new Samsung TV. He was knowledgeable. They were professional and he was thorough. The only thing left to do was program our remote and he will come back and do that at a later time. We were very pleased with him and hope that he can come back again.

They were incredibly professional, responsive, and delivered everything right on time. I had an issue with original purachse and was immediately replaced. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch service and a seamless experience. Five stars!

The TV set up was the first time I paid for this and the geek squad was great. They came and set up my tv and tv stand and they did it all in a very quick and efficient manner. The guys were very nice and took their time to make it nice and then even spent the time to explain how the tv worked and made sure my Xbox One and direct tv and sound bar were all connected properly and that I understood the maneuvering of the controls and apps. I definitely think it eliminates a stress that can come with connecting all your extra components to your television and figuring out the functions and that the tv is working properly. Geek squad makes sure you are ok with the new tv and the way it all looks and they make it look neat and clean too. So I couldn’t say anything negative about any part of the experience. Great job by Best Buy.

Set up TV quickly. Showed us how to use remote & set the TV to the all the right settings. After needing a part for the soundbar hookup, they came back & hooked it up and set it to use with my cable remote. Removed all packaging and very polite & courteous.

The two men who installed were professional and personable. They worked steadily to remove my old tv and set up the new one. They explained to me clearly how to use my new remote and explained new features. Great job!

Kurt, lead installer, and helpers, Damian and Dan, were super professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They arrived when expected, installed a 55-inch TV and a 24-inch TV. Everything was hooked up and worked perfectly. They made sure that I understood how each worked and used language that a non-tech person could understand without talking down to me. They were super careful to clean up and remove all packing materials. As part of my contract, they removed the old TV. I was so pleased with Kurt and his team.

The agent installed and setup my TV without any issues. He also was able to let me know that my cable provider’s box should be updated to a version that supports my just installed TV. Excellent service overall including the person who took away my old TV before the technicians arrival. Appointments were on time and very efficient.

Based on favorable past experiences, I had the Geek Squad deliver and setup my new 77” Sony Bravia TV. They didn’t disappoint! They called ahead to narrow down the expected delivery time and even called to adjust the time due to a delay. They mounted the set on the cabinet and made all the proper connections, even the WIFI, Dish and Apple TV components. All setup functions were made, then they explained to me the operating instructions and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed to get my questions thoroughly answered! Another satisfying installation!

I debated whether or not to pay for the Geek Squad delivery and installation of my new TV, but am I ever glad I did! They were prompt, courteous, clean (even wearing shoe covers) and thorough. They answered every question I had about how the TV works, and provided answers to questions I didn't know I had, making sure I was completely comfortable with everything before leaving. They saved me many hours of time and, probably, many days of headaches. Thanks, Geek Squad!

The two gentlemen that arrived to unpack and set up the new TV were excellent - competent and friendly. Upon unboxing the TV they immediately noticed the screen was damaged. They repacked the damaged TV and went to the nearest Best Buy to pick up an undamaged replacement. Upon return they unpacked and set up the TV for me, including providing some pointers on optimizing the TV settings. I was very appreciative of their efforts, particularly making the extra effort to obtain another TV that same afternoon to replace the damaged TV they originally delivered.

The two techs that came to install my new TV were absolutely fantastic!! They were both very patient, courteous and professional. They set up the TV, programmed the remote for the TV as well as the Cox Cable remote. They set up my Internet connection, (they even found the WiFi Mac Address of the TV for me), signed me in Amazon Prime and Netflix. Cleaned up everything and made sure we understood everything and asked if we had any questions. Matthew said he would check back with us on Sunday to make sure everything was still good. All in all I was extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend Geek Squad service to anyone.

Larry and Eric from our local Geek Squad did a great set-up job for us! They called us 15 minutes prior to arrival to let us know they were headed our way and arrived as planned. Their set-up of our new tv set was professional, thorough and an overall pleasant experience. They willing told us what they were doing, and why; answered, non-technical, simple English our questions along the way; took the time to re-program our remote controls and to explain what was different from our old remotes; and took great care not to track-in any of the winter snow or slush in our driveway or walkway. Great job, guys!
