    Two Geek Squad associates came to deliver, set up & remove our old TV. They were very professional, competent, answered all my questions and were done in about 20 minutes. I'm so glad I had them install it because there were quite a few settings... that needed attention & the associate flew through all screens in no time.

    The Geek Squad to the rescue. Joe and Tyrone meticulously installed the new Samsung 65" TV, which replaced the 22-year-old Philips attached at the base in the corner of the sunroom. What made this complicated were the wired connections of the Bose Audio System, Blu-ray, DVD VCR, and Cable. Each device needed to go from old technology to HDMI. They knew exactly what was needed and had the necessary connections on the truck. Both men took the time to instruct me on how to get the most out of the new system. In short, they were great.

    From start to finish, the service was perfect. Geek squad sent numerous notices to me on time and date of delivery, also simple instructions to have appropriate work space ready for delivery. The service tech was knowledgeable and handled the tv with care. Plus showed me how to easily work the remote control. This was all done within a very short time. Tech was also friendly during service.

    I would normally not spend the extra money to have a TV hooked up, but given the size (65 inch) and that it’s a smart TV that I was totally unfamiliar with, I thought it was a wise investment, and it was I received a message the night before, letting me know the expected time frame for delivery and setup the following day. When the big day arrived, David, my Geek Squad Geek called and asked if it would be okay if he arrived early. Oh boy, was it! I was so excited. David arrived right when he said. Carefully unpacked my new TV. Set it up, and walked me through the controls, step by step. He answered all my questions, and even laughed at my bad jokes. He was polite and friendly, and before leaving, gave me a phone number to call him if I had issues or questions. And then, as he was leaving, he removed all the packaging materials and left my living room neat and clean. If David is an example of all the Geeks in the squad, I would not hesitate to use the service again for future purchases. Thank you David

    Adam was the 2nd technician who came to fix my Sonos bar that was put in. He worked with the Sonos people to get it working. He even knew how to raise my TV legs so my Sonos bar could be in front of the 65 in Sony TV. He knew what he was doing! Highly recommend him and The Geek Squad. Make sure you get a technician and not someone they hire out.

    When you buy a huge tv you definitely want the Geek Squad to set it up for you. They delver, connect everything and mount it for you. Once you are set up they take the huge box it was in and remove it from your house so you don't have to deal with it. The service is professional and they answer all your questions. After they show how everything operates you will have the best viewing experience. I highly recommend them.

    55" Sony Bravia - Easy Set-up & Great TV

    We purchased the TV in-store and b had it delivered. Geek Squad guy was right on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and picked up everything before he left. He had a great personality and showed us how to work everything. We would be happy to have him back for our next installation.

    The Geek Squad who showed up to install/setup/configure my new TV & Sound Bar were terrific. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, & patient with all of my questions & their instructions.     The agent set up my TV on my TV stand. He tested the cable box and said I would need to contact RCN/Astound to get a new cable box. He also hauled away my very old heavy TV with a VCR. I contacted RCN for a new cable box and the TV is working very well. I am very pleased.

    I HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE GEEK SQUAD WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN SETTING UP THE TV. THE PEOPLE AT BEST BUY WERE SO HELPFUL. IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP. I WOULD RECCOMEND THEIR SALES AND SERVICE TEAM TO EVERYONE.

    Installation and setup was performed by Geek Squad “regulars” (in-house and full-time) as opposed to their out-sourced vendors. I highly recommend the Regulars. They were knowledgeable, professional, personable and efficient.

    My installation appointment was scheduled by the sales associate at the store and I received text and email updates on the date and time of the appointment. I also received a phone call 2 days before and the morning of to confirm my appointment and address from the Geek Squad Installer, Ron. He arrived on time and was fabulous. He set up my 55 inch Samsung, the sound bar and a DVD player in less than 1 hour. He sat on the couch with me and went through the setting/remotes/app downloads. He was organized, efficient and very knowledgeable. He packed up all the boxes and packaging and hauled everything away. I was so impressed with his professionalism. My entire Best Buy experience was one of the best purchase experiences I have had in a long time. Thanks!!

    The agent installed and setup my TV without any issues. He also was able to let me know that my cable provider’s box should be updated to a version that supports my just installed TV. Excellent service overall including the person who took away my old TV before the technicians arrival. Appointments were on time and very efficient.

    Geek Squad LG C2 tv install.

    The man who came to install my LG C2 65" television did excellent work, far above what I expected. He hooked up the new tv to Dish Network, made sure the remotes were working properly, and set up the tv and insured it was getting A STUNNING PICTURE! He also helped me install my old tv into my bedroom setup, made sure everything worked properly, and was personable throughout the process. I had watched many unboxing and setups on YouTube for the LG tv, and the BestBuy agent did my unboxing and setup exactly as was shown on YouTube. I cannot thank him enough for his service.
