    Geek squad was very professional very courteous knew everything about the TV and the mounting. arrived on Time and did an amazing job on setting the TV up and explaining everything. Would highly recommend them.

    Kurt, lead installer, and helpers, Damian and Dan, were super professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They arrived when expected, installed a 55-inch TV and a 24-inch TV. Everything was hooked up and worked perfectly. They made sure that I understood how each worked and used language that a non-tech person could understand without talking down to me. They were super careful to clean up and remove all packing materials. As part of my contract, they removed the old TV. I was so pleased with Kurt and his team.

    My positive reviews On this particular purchase and set up, of my new LG - 65" Class 99 Series QNED Mini-LED 8K Smart TV... I wholeheartedly have to extend my gratitude to John T and Markel C, from the Geek Squad sservices... The Geek Squad Home theater agents, Markel C, and John T, we're professional and very polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable Markel K, an John T had not only professionally set up the TV and head demonstrated the advanced picture features, For optimizing the TVs, best picture viewing quality, for my living rooms lighting conditions... I give them five stars, Footnote: regarding their professionalism and courtesied... John T, had noticed the new carpeting... I had mentioned to John they can wipe their shoes on the welcome mat, to help preserve the new carpeting... John T, and Markel Geek Squad Home theater agents had earned are highest regards...     Agents set up my 65" Samsung TV, reviewed my new TV remote smart functions, including access to streaming channels (Apple TV, HULU etc.). They were quick, efficient and made sure we were comfortable using new controller before removing all shipping materials and hitting the road.

    This made things so easy and worry free. I am somewhat impatient, so it was a pleasure getting all the apps loaded and working properly, in addition to teaching me how to use the tv and remote properly. The tech was pleasant, on time and patient . He listened well and answered my questions effectively!

    Two Geek Squad associates came to deliver, set up & remove our old TV. They were very professional, competent, answered all my questions and were done in about 20 minutes. I'm so glad I had them install it because there were quite a few settings... that needed attention & the associate flew through all screens in no time.

    I will tell you!!! Jeff from the Best Buy Geek squad was polite, helpful and so knowledgeable!! After putting in the tv and hooking up the sound bar he patiently explained everything and set up all my streaming devises on the tv and stayed til he finished! Always pay extra for the BB Geek squad and not a third party!!

    The two techs that came to install my new TV were absolutely fantastic!! They were both very patient, courteous and professional. They set up the TV, programmed the remote for the TV as well as the Cox Cable remote. They set up my Internet connection, (they even found the WiFi Mac Address of the TV for me), signed me in Amazon Prime and Netflix. Cleaned up everything and made sure we understood everything and asked if we had any questions. Matthew said he would check back with us on Sunday to make sure everything was still good. All in all I was extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend Geek Squad service to anyone.

    Bought this as an early christmas present on sale for $2698 for us to replace our 18 yr. Old 65" Toshiba DLP. The picture is outstanding on this! We paired this with the HT 5000 sounbar and use the TV as the center channel. The sound is phenomenal and fills our 16' X 22' livingroom. Here's what i notice and love so far: - brightness is awesome. Don't listen to reviewers who spesk of it not being bright enough in a well lit room. They must wear sunglasses while watching TV. This screen is very bright. - motion is very good with no discerable blur. Sony knocks it out of the park with their processir and software. - upscaling is surprisingly good. We can watch standard 720p or 1080i on this thing and it looks very good - the Google TV interface is actually decent. We're pretty devoted Fire TV people, and I even purchased the newest Fire TV Cube to use wirh this set, but we are rarely using it. The TV runs 16GB of RAM (the same as they ne Cube), and us surprisinhly snappy. The Cube is definitely quicker to respond to commands, but the Sony works very well, so we use it often. - the soundbsr seamlessly pairs with my Bose soundwear, so i can watch movies without wsking others in the house. Cons: so far only one, which hopefully will be resolved with a firmware iodate someday... the response to volume up/down is extremely laggy. When you hold the volume button on the remote diw or up, the volume kevel display on the screen doesn't show the change in volume as it occurs, i.e., it will go from 45 to 37 without displaying the amount of chsnge as the volume changes.

    Seve and his partner were wonderful. They kept me up to date on their arrival time, even letting me know the night before what time they expected to arrive. Not only did they know what they were doing, they worked efficiently and were friendly at the same time. They explained the operation of the TV and walked me thru doing it myself. I was very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to use Geek Squad again.

    I bought a new TV to replace an old, heavy CRT TV. Qamar and Brandon hauled the old one away and installed the new one. It was a very easy process and saved me all kinds of time, hassle and expense. Plus, after they connected the new TV they very kindly and patiently worked with me to be sure I knew how to operate the new set. I couldn't be more pleased with the service from the Geek Squad.

    Larry and Eric from our local Geek Squad did a great set-up job for us! They called us 15 minutes prior to arrival to let us know they were headed our way and arrived as planned. Their set-up of our new tv set was professional, thorough and an overall pleasant experience. They willing told us what they were doing, and why; answered, non-technical, simple English our questions along the way; took the time to re-program our remote controls and to explain what was different from our old remotes; and took great care not to track-in any of the winter snow or slush in our driveway or walkway. Great job, guys!

    We got the TotalTech Protection plan. With just a phone call to Geek Squad to come out and program our Remote/TV. They came right out and program the Remote/TV/Apps. To toggle back/forth from TV to Apps with no problems. Our service tech was knowledgeable and professional about the Sony BRAVIA TV and made sure everything was in working order for us before he left.
