    We got the TotalTech Protection plan. With just a phone call to Geek Squad to come out and program our Remote/TV. They came right out and program the Remote/TV/Apps. To toggle back/forth from TV to Apps with no problems. Our service tech was knowledgeable and professional about the Sony BRAVIA TV and made sure everything was in working order for us before he left.

    The service representative did an outstanding job of installing my 85 inch color TV. He was able to come a day earlier than planned. He was efficient, tidy and professional throughout the set up.

    Chris and Ethan did a wonderful and thorough job of installing our new and first smart TV, as well as woofer, sound bar and (coordinated Spectrum box with new TV. Then Chris spent a good bit of time showing my husband how to operate the TV. Oh, and because the legs of the tv would not fit, Chris and my husband went looking for some wood to place on either side of the slide out tv shell built into a hutch. When they could not find something suitable Chris got the idea of removing the shelf above the tv and using it on the slide out. It worked perfectly and looks like it should have been there all along. Now we just have to figure out another top shelf and we haven’t had any luck so far. We love our new Smart TV and the sound bar has sided with my hearing aids so that I don’t have to use my iPhone to make sound adjustments for voice.

    Purchase a Sansung TV, and was very pleased with the color and clarity. The sound was very acceptable. Did not have to put in any speakers.

    Seve and his partner were wonderful. They kept me up to date on their arrival time, even letting me know the night before what time they expected to arrive. Not only did they know what they were doing, they worked efficiently and were friendly at the same time. They explained the operation of the TV and walked me thru doing it myself. I was very impressed and wouldn’t hesitate to use Geek Squad again.

    The two techs that came to install my new TV were absolutely fantastic!! They were both very patient, courteous and professional. They set up the TV, programmed the remote for the TV as well as the Cox Cable remote. They set up my Internet connection, (they even found the WiFi Mac Address of the TV for me), signed me in Amazon Prime and Netflix. Cleaned up everything and made sure we understood everything and asked if we had any questions. Matthew said he would check back with us on Sunday to make sure everything was still good. All in all I was extremely happy with their service and would highly recommend Geek Squad service to anyone.

    Our installation team was amazing. They did everything needed to protect our new tv while putting it together out of the box. They hooked up our able, blue ray player and sound bar. They explained how everything worked and how to navigated the functions from the remote. They did not leave until we were comfortable with how our new tv worked. They cleaned up afterward and were so professional. They made our new tv experience even better.

    The agents arrived on time to set up my new LG 5" Smart TV. They very polite and professional, ran the sound through my existing stereo as I had requested and connected to the Internet in just a few minutes. Great job!

    Our first Flat screen TV. Geek squad brought in TV and installed it. We needed and HDM?? accessory (which our sales person told us we might need) which we had purchased. We did need it. We were able to watch TV right away.

    Larry and Eric from our local Geek Squad did a great set-up job for us! They called us 15 minutes prior to arrival to let us know they were headed our way and arrived as planned. Their set-up of our new tv set was professional, thorough and an overall pleasant experience. They willing told us what they were doing, and why; answered, non-technical, simple English our questions along the way; took the time to re-program our remote controls and to explain what was different from our old remotes; and took great care not to track-in any of the winter snow or slush in our driveway or walkway. Great job, guys!

    Unboxed, attached stand, put on tv stand, plugged in, connected wifi. All is good. Took off their shoes before entering the house (though I've never been a stickler about that), masked up, and did the job. Very professional and very friendly. I'm definitely a satisfied customer. Which surprises me a bit as I'd given up on Best Buy years ago. Only used them this time because no one else will come into the house to set up. But it went so well, I'll consider Best Buy in the future. Now if you would just stop charging extra for set-up and let that be part of the purchase price.

    Geek squad did a good job delivering, and cleaning up when finished. I needed the TV set on a high mantel, they did a great job with no hesitation. They were very helpful setting up my user profiles in the new television. Highly recommend.

    I was so impressed with Best Buy Geek Squad policies to replace my four-year-old TV that quit and gave me credit to get a new TV. ( I love having the Geek Squad service to keep my PC up and running. This service is well worth the money.) The installation was great, on time, efficient and done by a very nice young man, BB policies I can always trust to fix my issues. This is why I always buy any tech items from BBL from Computer, laptop, and zoom to sound bar and TV and all I have to do is call. I am forever pleased at their competent sales staff. I love BBs services: I know I'll get the best products and the best service! I always tell my friends to get the Geeks, they are fabulous!

    Took my old TV away

    Bestbuy Installer unboxed, setup, configured my Roku Remote with my favorite streaming services, tested my TV and then removed my old TV (the most important reason for using my tech support contract). I purchased this TV on sale and my rewards almost covered it. Using BestBuy for all my technology and appliances is the best way to go.

    Exceded Expectations... Unexpectedly.

    The fellas treated us very well. The removal of one TV and replacement of another was quick. They made it look easy. It's not. They helped my wife understand how to run the remote. They set-up the antennae found local channels and hookup the internet. Even helped re-install Apps. Made the ROKU easier to search. Just great work.

    Delivery, setup, and haul-away service

    The day of the install, I received both a call and a text message in the morning with a more narrow time frame for them to show up. I received another text around 30 minutes before the expected time. This was great communication, as previously, through my purchase and schedule on Best buy's website, the timeframe was basically 'all day.' The technicians stayed and hooked up the cable box, staying to make sure it was working (there was an issue with the cable box, not the TV). They did a great job unpacking the TV, setting it up on the stand, going through the remote control with me, and taking away my old TV along with the box and packaging materials/trash from the new TV. (It was well worth it for the extra $60 I spent for the haul-away and recycling of my old TV.)

    The two agents that came to install and set up the Television were very professional and knowledgeable. The Television was too big for us to take home and they also were able to make wire connections hidden and unseen compared to our prior set up. They were able to setup this Television faster than I could do it. They were on time and called both day before delivery and 15 minutes before they arrived. I also paid for removal of old television. Would use this service again for future installations. It was worth the cost of everything done.

    About a week ago the local Brooklyn Geek Squad delivered, removed it from the gigantic box and placed it on my media console. They were extremely professional, courteous (little booties on, cognizant of art and other things which are easily in the way, removed all debris) and took all the time I wanted to explain the TV as well as, make sure I was 110% satisfied. AND THEY DIDN’T ACCEPT TIPS! They called in advance, and were on time! If only the cable guys could do that....! Alan and John I believe. Can’t recommend them enough and may have Alan come by under separate appt for a calibration.
