The day of the install, I received both a call and a text message in the morning with a more narrow time frame for them to show up. I received another text around 30 minutes before the expected time. This was great communication, as previously, through my purchase and schedule on Best buy's website, the timeframe was basically 'all day.' The technicians stayed and hooked up the cable box, staying to make sure it was working (there was an issue with the cable box, not the TV). They did a great job unpacking the TV, setting it up on the stand, going through the remote control with me, and taking away my old TV along with the box and packaging materials/trash from the new TV. (It was well worth it for the extra $60 I spent for the haul-away and recycling of my old TV.)

We came to Best Buy wanted to just check out our options, but walked out with everything we hoped within our budget. This TV Connect and Setup is just a part of the TV mounting / Home Theater installation service. Everything went so well, Jason and Will showed up on time, very professional and courteous, definitely the highest standard you could expect. For long I wanted to long Best Buy stock but waited until the service because I wanted to have first hand experience. Now I'm fully convinced, unfortunately the stock price already moved up significantly. No matter what, best buying experience from Best Buy.

I was so impressed with Best Buy Geek Squad policies to replace my four-year-old TV that quit and gave me credit to get a new TV. ( I love having the Geek Squad service to keep my PC up and running. This service is well worth the money.) The installation was great, on time, efficient and done by a very nice young man, BB policies I can always trust to fix my issues. This is why I always buy any tech items from BBL from Computer, laptop, and zoom to sound bar and TV and all I have to do is call. I am forever pleased at their competent sales staff. I love BBs services: I know I'll get the best products and the best service! I always tell my friends to get the Geeks, they are fabulous!

The agent contacted me before delivery. I explained it was for my mother in a different state. He requested I contact my mother to provide her with his ETA; which I did. He was on time and very patient with her. He set everything up, showed her how to use the remote control (along with Alexa voice control), and helped her set up her Netflix and Amazon Prime Account. My mother was very happy with the service; as am I. I highly recommend the Geek Squad.

When I purchased my Sony Bravia I paid for Geek Squad delivery and setup. I definitely made the right choice. The installation was great and the quality of service exceptional. During setup they programmed my TV to my needs and answered all my questions. They also set up my WiFi to my television and is works perfectly. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking for their equipment to be installed properly. I’m a very satisfied customer…

The Geek Squad Techs did an execellent job on the installation of my new TV. They were truly EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & SUPER NICE YOU CANNOT GO WRONG BY GETTING GEEK SQUAD HELP.

Excellent picture (sharpness & colors). Very easy to setup and adjust. Have connected OTA antenna, cable tv box, blue ray dvd player, PS/2 & PS/4, Firestick and local wifi network with no issues. Streaming works well - especially Netflix & Firestick. This tv is setup in my office, so didn't connect a stereo - the sounds from the tv unit itself are more than sufficient for a room this size. I'm well pleased with this tv. Geek Squad unboxed & setup the tv.

Daniel had the difficult task of hooking up a new smart TV in an elderly couple's home and teaching them the basics of how to use it. He could not have been more helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Daniel reached out to me on several occasions during the install and was exceptionally courteous and knew exactly what to ask in ways that made it easy for me to understand over the phone. Following the install, my grandmother called to rave about what a great guy he was and how he was both extremely helpful and respectful. Thank you, Daniel, for the amazing service!

The technicians who setup and installed were very courteous, efficient and quick. They also setup and installed a DVD player that I bought from Best Buy. They showed me the few changes to watching television and watching a DVD which is easier for me now. They followed all the restrictions during the pandemic. They stayed 6 feet from me, wore gloves and masks. I felt comfortable having them here. They treated me as a good customer and were in and out of the house in 20 minutes.

Two Geek Squad team members (Blake and associate) arrived on time and were very quick in unboxing and setting up my 65" Samsung OLED TV. Blake explained its features and showed me how to use the remote and also went into the TV settings with suggestions for selections that would help me fully enjoy my TV (which I am).

The agents did a great job setting the tv up and explaining everything they were doing. They were professional quick and efficient. When they left I understood all their instructions, everything worked smooth as silk. They connected my modem so I could so I could play programs other than just through cable. Really great work.

Great TV installed by great technicians! We love our new Sony because it has a great picture with great color and a great size. Our tech installation team was wonderful. They were Brian and Jaymi and they were technically very savvy and solved some major obstacles for me related to my hearing deficit. They were excellent and had great teaching skills for us to be able to use this new smart TV optimally. And they were very very nice and courteous. We couldn’t ask for more!

Agents were right on time and very efficient with the installation. I was pleased with their work and attitudes about their work. Excellent job. Everything worked perfectly as a result of their attention to detail. The delivery fee was well worth the cost as they knew how to unpack, add stand, and fully setup the large TV.

The Geek Squad called to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they immediately went to work installing my TV and surround sound system. When they were finished they stayed and showed me all the features of my TV and surround sound and showed me how to operate each of them. They were very professional the entire time they were in my house. When they left they took all the boxes and trash with them and thanked me for using their services.

This is the second time dealing with the geek squad as far as setting up my new TVs whenever I purchased one, and I have to say that every one of them have always went far beyond than normal duty to help out a customer. Taylor, who set up my last TV before this one actually helped me to find this TV, Justin and the other gentleman that was with him were extremely professional and did a fantastic job.

The geek squad fully removed my old TV, installed and completely set up my OLED and answered all of my questions. Josh was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about not just the TV, but Audio/video in general. We had some very good discussions about various products and features.

Geek squad was great, set up and clean was fantastic. Worth the money to have them install the tv. Highly recommend, geek squad answered all my questions and paired with my sound system to work all under one remote. Very happy.

Technician arrived and set up new TV without a problem. He was in and out of house within a few minutes. He was professional and knowledgeable.
