Great staff, they knew what they were doing. Vey efficient, quick, thorough and well trained.

Our installation team was amazing. They did everything needed to protect our new tv while putting it together out of the box. They hooked up our able, blue ray player and sound bar. They explained how everything worked and how to navigated the functions from the remote. They did not leave until we were comfortable with how our new tv worked. They cleaned up afterward and were so professional. They made our new tv experience even better.

The agents who handled my purchase for a television that I purchased for my parents in another state. We're very professional and very patient. They took the time to walk through everything with my parents so by the time they left they knew how to operate everything. The reason the TV was purchased because my mother has vision problems, and they made sure it was at the right height in the right distance so she could see everything perfectly. All I can say is great job very professional I could not ask for anyone better to do the job. I am truly grateful because my parents are limited on things they can do at their age. I would recommend them to anyone thanks again.

The guys (2) that came to the house were very considerate of my home and carefully moved the TV in to set up spot. They were knowledgeable for easy quick set up and adjusted the height and width of the legs for proper stance and maximum viewing. They also schooled me on how to use the new TV. All hook ups were done for my DVD player and they answered all questions we had. Great team

The two Best Buy gentlemen that installed our new LG OLED tv were outstanding. Jasper and Mike were their names. They had a real sense of urgency. They explained things very well. They were right on time for our appointment. They called to let us know they were on the way. Best Buy is lucky to have Jasper & Mark!

It would be 5 star but Best Buy subcontracts it out and would not provide additional manpower to install the unit, no fault of the guys that showed up but it is a huge tv that could easily break and they only sent 2 people to handle it.

Two technicians arrived at the scheduled time and unpacked the tv and set in location. They proceeded to enter information needed and proceeded to adjusting everything as to color, sound and features available to make the whole experience worry free. So glad I ordered it as they were able to answer all the questions I had. Worry free!!

The agent placed my Tv and did set up. Charles showed me how to navigate around the apps and the remote. Very was very patient with me and explained everything I asked also showed me. Charles was great. Highly recommend Geek Squad!

Decided to bite the bullet and pay for Delivery, Installation and Set Up Services - and really glad I did. Everything went as scheduled and two professional looking, personable G.S. techs arrived, disassembled my existing set up, unpackaged and installed the new TV and Soundbar system. They noticed a flaw in the picture during the set up and Immediately arranged for a replacement. They completed the system installation so that we could use the TV ( flaw was irritating, but not fatal) until the new one arrived - it had to be ordered. They went over the operation of the new system, answered all of my questions, cleaned up after themselves, and left. When I think of what a hassle it would have been to have done this myself only to find out it was defective, and to have to re-package, return to store and then do it all over again when the new one arrived ---- Thanks again to the Geek Squad Techs - Great Job!

Excellent delivery, installation, and haul away service. The technician was knowledgeable and set everything up quickly. He answered all of my questions and had helpful tips for getting the best picture and sound from my new TV.

Great TV quality for the price! I needed a 43” or sum at size smart TV with good l picture quality and decent sound. My sales associate Ralph showed me several in the families of four models I had preselected and described the features of all. My TV seemed to be a great value for the price - plus it was on sale! I opted to have the Geek Squad deliver and set up the unit, and it went so smoothly! Mt tech Jose made certain that all was operating well before he left, and with his help I felt at ease using my new television and its apps right away.

Geek squad Jamie was very professional and thorough. She notified me by phone of her delivery time. When she arrived she was conscientious about the set up including to pair the cable remote to the cable box. She assisted with the call to Xfinity support. Her knowledge of the set up was top notch. Can't recommend her service and high caliber of service strongly enough. She epitomizes the Best of Best Buy.

I was greatly impressed with the TV installation and setup. They programmed my remote to work with my Directv Setbox and went through all the initial settings so that all I had to do was turn it on and enjoy! Highly recommend this service when purchasing a new TV!

The setup/installation of our new Samsung TV was outstanding! Great picture and easy to use. I’m technically inclined but find this TV easy to navigate. Love the picture and color definition. The first geek squad team focused on me as I tripped and cut my chin. They made sure I was okay and said they would reschedule my delivery and installation. The second delivery person quickly set up my TV and helped me move the table it was to sit on.

In a much shorter time and with more efficiency and knowledge than I would have had, Jeffrey Witt installed our new TV and helped me understand thoroughly how it works. I really appreciate all the information he gave me.

The Geek Squad Delivery and Setup was outstanding. They handled my new LG OLED 55' TV with great care. Assembled the base and then programed the Cable Box and my BlueRay player as well. Checked TV setting and showed me how to access things on the remote. Large TVs can be difficult to work with and if not properly handled, they can be damaged before you get to use them. I highly recommend this service.
