    I am very happy with the delivery and set up service. The technicians arrived in a timely fashion, were very efficient and knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves and removed all packaging materials. If you're buying a larger TV Im recommend you purchase the in-home setup, it will save you a lot of work and worry.

    Great Geek Squad Service for TV Installation

    Two Geek Squad team members (Blake and associate) arrived on time and were very quick in unboxing and setting up my 65" Samsung OLED TV. Blake explained its features and showed me how to use the remote and also went into the TV settings with suggestions for selections that would help me fully enjoy my TV (which I am).

    Subcontracted to 3rd party wasn’t actually Geek Sq

    It would be 5 star but Best Buy subcontracts it out and would not provide additional manpower to install the unit, no fault of the guys that showed up but it is a huge tv that could easily break and they only sent 2 people to handle it.

    My new TV was set up with excellent care and precision. The agent downloaded additional APPS and showed me how to do it myself for future use. He demonstrated the functionality of the remote control. Overall, it was an exceptional experience for me.

    The agents were so helpful, and they went way beyond what they needed to do. We have a Harmony remote, and we wanted it to control everything rather then the TV’s remote, because we are technically challenged. They spent a lot of time syncing all the functions to our Harmony remote.

    This was seamless, excellent service. The installers inspected my old set and from that they knew to continue the processes I liked and they anticipated the little tweaks I was prepared to ask for in the new installation. They explained the new things I needed to know, answered all questions clearly and patiently and did this in an appropriate time frame. No wasted time for me. No wasted time for them. All in all, an above average service experience.

    These "Geeks" Were the Best!

    The "Geeks" showed up in the promised window, after calling to let me know they were on the way, wore masks and "booties" over their shows, were super efficient working together to unbox and set up the new TV, AppleTV and remotes, and answered all my questions. They even came back the next day at my request when I was unable to access one of the features in my system. I even sent an email to their supervisor about their incredibly good service.

    Great TV quality for the price! I needed a 43” or sum at size smart TV with good l picture quality and decent sound. My sales associate Ralph showed me several in the families of four models I had preselected and described the features of all. My TV seemed to be a great value for the price - plus it was on sale! I opted to have the Geek Squad deliver and set up the unit, and it went so smoothly! Mt tech Jose made certain that all was operating well before he left, and with his help I felt at ease using my new television and its apps right away.

    Geek Squad taking care of my parents

    The agents who handled my purchase for a television that I purchased for my parents in another state. We're very professional and very patient. They took the time to walk through everything with my parents so by the time they left they knew how to operate everything. The reason the TV was purchased because my mother has vision problems, and they made sure it was at the right height in the right distance so she could see everything perfectly. All I can say is great job very professional I could not ask for anyone better to do the job. I am truly grateful because my parents are limited on things they can do at their age. I would recommend them to anyone thanks again.

    I have a CX and got my sister this B4 because the LED tv she had was killing me. Whew, I'm happy to say that it was a great purchase. After seeing the picture on this B4, I had to make some adjustments on my CX trying to match the B4's picture. The B4 is called a beginners OLED but don't be fooled by name calling, lol. The B4 is a fantastic tv purchase with a wonderful picture. Awesome. I also have a friend that has and loves a 65" B4.

    Experience was easy, the tv was mounted with no problems, and we love it! We had it mounted on the wall as a suggestion from a previous Geek Squad visit, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The team brought the necessary mounting kit, with a surge protector that we had bought and ordered. We had bought a big tv, and the extra foot or so makes a difference with viewing it in our room. We will definitely have them install next time for a seamless job. They made it easy!

    Cant say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of the folks at Best Buy, especially the Geek Squad. However, the protocol for service is flawed and the time delay to repair needs to be addressed. Having a technician scheduled to come out to determine the problem and to have to reschedule for the service is counter productive. Especially if the second visit is not successful and the equipment is deemed terminal then an additional visit has to be set up. Granted this is all done very professionally and customer service is always at the forefront. Three weeks is entirely too long to achieve satisfactory results.

    Excellent service by Geek Squad for 65 inch TV set up. Very professional, curteous, patient to give tutorials and Love the recommendation to get the Pivot stand so TV screen can be moved.

    The Greenville, NC nb-Site Geek Squad led by Josh Hines did an outstanding job delivering, installing and setting up this TV. The team overcame a troublesome WiFi situation and when finished, the TV was fully operational and on the WiFi network. I recommend this team for any similar services for purchase from the Greenville, NC store. In my opinion, this Team the best that Best Buy has.

    The agents did a great job setting the tv up and explaining everything they were doing. They were professional quick and efficient. When they left I understood all their instructions, everything worked smooth as silk. They connected my modem so I could so I could play programs other than just through cable. Really great work.
