Geek Squad did excellent job with installing my new TV. They were very professional. Job was quickly done and they made sure I was satisfied before they left.

When I purchased my Sony Bravia I paid for Geek Squad delivery and setup. I definitely made the right choice. The installation was great and the quality of service exceptional. During setup they programmed my TV to my needs and answered all my questions. They also set up my WiFi to my television and is works perfectly. Anthony Sanchez and Rodrigo Nonoal did an outstanding job mounting my TV! They were incredibly knowledgeable, quick, and efficient, and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Professional team of two. Had the tv installed and demonstrated how to program the TV for an optimized view. Job was completed in less than a half hour. Also called before coming to residence. Really great job and worth the expense!

I purchased the installation because I replaced everything and needed to have it all installed at once. The techs where dressed professionally, they where kind, considerate, quick, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and did not rush to leave. They cleaned up everything as they where leaving and offered me the protection plan, but I had already purchased it. Over all it was the best experiance with geek squad that I have ever had. Keep up the great work.

The Geek Squad Agents were SO helpful and professional. They set up two TVs (a 50" and a 65"), a TV base for one of them and rearranged the cords so that they're hidden. They explained things well and were very patient with us. The Geek Squad service has always been excellent, not only with the recent set up of our new TVs but also for the services on our laptops when needed. Love the Geek Squad!!!

Dear Best Buy, Today we had two of your Geek Squad technicians from the La Crosse come into our home and install two new TV systems for us. Their names were Joel and Kayce. We were incredibly impressed by their knowledge-base and ability to work around older systems. They were also polite, friendly, innovative and respectful. My wife has disabilities. She is legally blind, and is physically disabled including her hands. They worked very hard to set up a system that was easy to use and functional for us. They also identified a problem with our surround sound and set up service to get it running again. We can’t thank them enough and hope that you would reward and retain such wonderful employees. The entire process from purchase to installation was exceptional. My “Geek Squad “ installers we careful, clean, and talked/walked me through initial set-up. They were knowledgeable about my product and gave me care instructions. I will definitely rely on them for future products and recommend Best Buy and Geek Squad for purchase and installation. BRAVO

This was the 2nd appointment with Melvin..to hook up the TV and to program the universal remote. Very pleased with his expertise and diligence in setting up my audio equipment that I requested him to hook up my new Sony TV. He took great care in bringing the TV inside, removing from the box, sitting and centering it properly and ensuring everything worked.

Bought the small ROKU TV for our kitchen, and love it. The Geek Squad tech set everything up for me and was excellent in explaining how everything worked. He also installed ROKU boxes on additional TV's. It made everything so easy!

Our two TV installers must have been Geek Squad Jedi Masters. Not only did they install our new Smart TV in excellent fashion, but they took the time to go thru all the settings to our preference levels and allowed time for any questions we may have had on operating the Smart TV options.

Great TV quality for the price! I needed a 43” or sum at size smart TV with good l picture quality and decent sound. My sales associate Ralph showed me several in the families of four models I had preselected and described the features of all. My TV seemed to be a great value for the price - plus it was on sale! I opted to have the Geek Squad deliver and set up the unit, and it went so smoothly! Mt tech Jose made certain that all was operating well before he left, and with his help I felt at ease using my new television and its apps right away.

It was great experience to have Geek Squad install my new TV. The tech practiced al cover precautions. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, He explained how to use the remotes and made certain I was able to operate the equipment. He cleaned up all debris and took away the old TV for recycling. I will continue to Geek Squad services.

This team was the BEST! They arrived right on time, called the day before, also called with a 45 min lead time before they arrived. They were very respectful of my property while loading and unloading and very professional with the set up and removal. They were a delight to have in my home and I hope you appreciate them,

The agents got my sound bar back working and also got my DVD hooked up correctly. My TV channels were not staying in the TV guide due to not receiving a signal until a new antenna was hooked up to the 2 year old TV. The LG channels also are not operational due to not being able to connect to my WiFi. Password does not seem to work after modem disconnected from wall being painted.

Excellent service. The gentlemen unpacked our new 60” TV, installed it, hooked it up to our Bose sound system, and fixed settings so everything was controlled by one remote! They also took our old TV back to Best Buy to be broken down and recycled. We were very impressed with the technicians knowledge of the product.

Worth every cent! Arrived on-time, unpacked 70" TV, had the base installed on it, placed it on my TV cabinet, and had all my 'stuff' hooked up and working great in record time. Explained new remote and several features of the new TV to me as well. They then moved the "old" 55" TV to the garage and hauled away all the packaging for the 70" TV. Professional and pleasant. So glad I had them deliver and set up for me!

This service from the GS involved delivering, installing and programing of a new 43 inch Sony TV. Very pleased with service. Showed up on time, hooked up to DVD player and Direct TV box, programed it to work and went over all the steps to get what we want to do. Very polite an cleaned up. Very Professional.

Installer was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He reduced the prior mess of wires.

The team that showed up, was extremely knowledgeable and took care of my delivery. Setup my television, went through the features, and now, I'm ready for football season!
