Dear Best Buy, Today we had two of your Geek Squad technicians from the La Crosse come into our home and install two new TV systems for us. Their names were Joel and Kayce. We were incredibly impressed by their knowledge-base and ability to work around older systems. They were also polite, friendly, innovative and respectful. My wife has disabilities. She is legally blind, and is physically disabled including her hands. They worked very hard to set up a system that was easy to use and functional for us. They also identified a problem with our surround sound and set up service to get it running again. We can’t thank them enough and hope that you would reward and retain such wonderful employees. The gentlemen who delivered and set up my 83 inch tv were great. They were knowledgeable,professional and very helpful.

Bought the small ROKU TV for our kitchen, and love it. The Geek Squad tech set everything up for me and was excellent in explaining how everything worked. He also installed ROKU boxes on additional TV's. It made everything so easy!

Geek Squad set up my TV placed it on TV stand and connected to all my devices. showed me how the remotes worked and get to the apps. to stream movies and shows.

The installation went very smooth. They were very knowledgeable about the TV and explained it to me as they were finishing the set up. The cleaned up all the shipping materials. I'd recommend them anyone.

Our Geek Squad agent, Ken, came twice to help us with the set up. I wanted to run the sound through my stereo receiver (which is 20 years old) and we could not do this on the first visit as the old receiver and new TV were incompatible. I purchased an adapter from another source, got a new wireless router from my carrier, and Ken returned and skillfully helped with a relatively quick hookup of TV and stereo receiver. It works exactly as I hoped and I offers kudos to Ken for his patience and skillful work.

The Geek Squad knew what they were doing. Our Bose speakers are connected correctly to our tv and they are amazing. They didn't sound like this when we had them connected to our old tv. They took care to show us how everything works on our new TV. We really appreciated their expertise and patience. And just a note about the people who took our huge old TV. They also knew what they were doing. Best Buy hires great people!

The two technicians called ahead to let me know what time they should arrive with my TV. They arrived within the two-hour window they gave me. They even sent an email when they were on their way. I appreciated being notified. They set my television up with ease, instructed me on the use of the remote and they answered all the questions I had about navigating the various icons/features on the TV screen. They were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Geek Squad did a tremendous job setting up my 65 inch Sony OLED. I usually can set up my own TV but I had an injured shoulder and couldn't tackle it so I had to rely on them and they were so very proficient, professional and finished quickly. Would recommend certainly for any large TV or complicated wall mount etc...

The ONLY reason I use Best Buy is The Geek Squad. Even tho it took 30 days for an appt. Remi did an outstanding job connecting the Samsung Smart TV, Additional equipment of CD & tape player in a cabinet with excess wires left by other companies was not a problem for Remi. My personal feeling however is the long wait to get the TV installed and overbooking the Geek Squad. Sales Rep. was given exact concerns about the project which were not passed on to the Squad. She was given a hour to install, which turned out to be 3 hrs. I also needed the same base of the Samsung as the one I replaced in order for the TV to fit. It arrived with a different base which meant Remi had to rearrange the rest of the equip. The TV had to be installed at an angle because of the base, so color is often distorted. Remi was extremely patient with my low techincal skills & did not leave until I was satisfied. I'm sold on the Geek Squad & the challenges of this install were mostly created by the sales department, which I would give a rating of 2.

Our two TV installers must have been Geek Squad Jedi Masters. Not only did they install our new Smart TV in excellent fashion, but they took the time to go thru all the settings to our preference levels and allowed time for any questions we may have had on operating the Smart TV options.

Our first Flat screen TV. Geek squad brought in TV and installed it. We needed and HDM?? accessory (which our sales person told us we might need) which we had purchased. We did need it. We were able to watch TV right away.

Geek Squad removed my old Roku TV and installed my New 55 inch Roku TV. The picture sharpness is better than my old one. A lot more options to choose from for shows and movies. It is easy to go from one site to another. When they installed it there was a problem with the over the air antenna for local channels. One of the ports for plugging it in was not on the new model. No USB so I didn't get it to work very well. A different man came back the next day and adapted a phone charger to plug it into for power adapter and it worked. Thanks for completing the job and I am very happy with Geek Squad and my new Roku TV.

The agents arrived on time to set up my new LG 5" Smart TV. They very polite and professional, ran the sound through my existing stereo as I had requested and connected to the Internet in just a few minutes. Great job!

They installed the product in a professional manner. They had to move some heavy furniture to get it in the right position. They removed all packaging and left the place clean. They vacuumed behind the old TV. They reprogrammed all my remotes and gave me advice on other equipment to replace my old home theater. They knew exactly what options to choose to set up all devices attached to the TV and they walked me through the operation of the features on the TV.

The Geek Squad got my TV set up with my DirecTV in no time at all. They were very professional and taught me how to use my new Samsung remote and set up my access to Paramount+ so I could watch Star Trek episodes.

The set up and installation went very well. The technicians knew what they were doing and got the job done and cleaned up everything when done. Took the time to make sure we were comfortable with all the functions and setup.

This team was the BEST! They arrived right on time, called the day before, also called with a 45 min lead time before they arrived. They were very respectful of my property while loading and unloading and very professional with the set up and removal. They were a delight to have in my home and I hope you appreciate them,
