Used Geek in order to set up new TV purchase. Two guys initially came. Guys were timely, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and made sure everything was in working order before leaving. They also cleaned up and hauled away trash. Javier was great (wish I could remember the other installers name who was also great.) Well worth the extra expense.

The Geek Squad Associates were knowledgeable and helpful. Also, they had to make a second trip in order to haul away our HEAVY and old tv. It was a holiday weekend night & they showed up around 8 pm to "finish the job" with a good attitude.

The agents were very professional and were very quick setting up the tv. They explained how to use some of the controllers and were very easy to talk to.

Techs were outstanding. Set up tv with ethernet connection to our wifi, demonstrated use of new design remote, set up and organized our favorites and made sure we were fully satisfied before leaving.

Had my tv put on a stand and had them hook up my sound bar to it. The team came and was so nice! Made sure everything was hooked up right and took all the boxes away! Would get them again. It’s worth it to ensure everything is correctly paired

Overall, I had an easy setup requirement - it went on a TV stand that he had to assemble - no wall mounting. He turned on the TV and did the basic setup to get it going. All the basic steps were mostly complete with minor things left off but no big deal. I still had to spend time on my own to adjust all the picture settings and among other things to truly complete the setup. I would say if you are dealing with a big TV, then do the service, unless you are big strong guy and not planning on any fancy mounting.

The Geek Squad did a fabulous job connecting my TV, DVD player, CD player, speakers, and Sonos unit together. So happy I can enjoy my entertainment center again! After moving to a new home, my equipment sat for several weeks till the Geek Squad got here. Loving my music and videos in my home; thank you!

The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. They unpacked and installed my TV in a manner of minutes which included the WIFI. They went over all the functions of the TV. They answered all my questions which left me with a quality product. And, they hauled my old TV away which was a help to me. Overall, a great experience with the technicians!!

The Geek Squad team who delivered and set up my new LG G4 OLED were fantastic. They provided great communication leading up to the delivery, they wore shoe coverings in my apartment, and truly were a pleasure to work with.
