Geek Squad tech Sal installed my Sony 50” Bravia tv and it was the best decision! He made sure the tv was working perfectly before he left and called the next day to check if I had any questions. I was so impressed that I will use Geek Squad services for all my future purchases!

Technicians set up the tv, programmed the apps, and demonstrated how to use them (and how to make changes if I choose to in the future).

Three Geek Squad agents arrived and quickly, neatly and efficiently installed my smart TV, receiver and DVD player, and made sure to clean up afterward and haul away the boxes. They even removed my old (and large) projection TV and carried it down the stairs to the garage for me. They were very courteous and professional and I was very happy with their work.

The Geek squade was very quick with the installment and made sure I understood all the TV functions. They also did a great job with connecting cable, sound bar and dvd player. They team was very courteous and respectful of my property.

I appreciated having experts install and integrate my several new pieces of equipment. They were fast, detailed, with good knowledge and were excellent teachers as well. I was left fully operational with good instruction to be able to use my system independently. I also appreciate their leaving a troubleshooting number to call were I to need some coaching. I would use this service again!

From the installation to the actual use of the TV has been an outstanding experience. The technician that delivered and setup the TV went beyond what would be a normal delivery and to fit the TV into an existing space. The actual TV setup and operation was explained in great detail and was appreciated by my wife and myself. The TV works great. BestBuy's customer service from the ordering to delivery to setup was done in a total professional manner. I will shop at BestBuy for all my video and audio needs. A very satisfied customer, JOB WELL DONE!!

I think we got the best agents they have. They set up everything TV Sound Bar Cable and DVD. They were professional and very neat and accommodating. They took they time to make suggestions and set up everything perfectly They went over every remote and function with both of us. Having them do this was the best decision

The Geek Squad crew were very professional, very knowledgeable and simply made the set up easy. Then they took the time to show me how the new technology works in a way that was easy to understand and remember. Then they clean up and hauled the old euipement/baxes llt.

The two guys who installed my Samsung TV did a great job! They arrived on time, set up the TV, cleaned up the packaging materials, made sure all my apps worked, and answered all my questions. I highly recommend their services!

The agent set the tv up and hooked it to various devices (blu ray, sound bar). He showed me how to work the new remote and switch between cable and streaming.

The guys that came to set up the TV and my soundbar were professional courteous had everything set up quickly explain to me how to use the remotes. They also took my other TV away.

Tv set up as required. Great picture and sound quality. Easy to pair TV with cable modem, but took a while. Some hidden features on the TV menu that I found on You Tube. I recommend You Tube for TV information.

Terrific - terrific - Geek Squad did a great job installing our new TV. Believe me this is the way to go if you purchase a big screen TV. They notified me when they would arrive and were in and out quickly doing an A+ job. They are very knowledgeable and know their stuff!!

The installer called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Once there, he unloaded and installed the tv and sound system very quickly and made sure I understood how to control both. Very nice and polite!
