They mounted it perfectly and super fast. They were also pretty cool people. I love how you’re able to move the tv to the left and right for the perfect center and if you like it a little tilted you can too.

The TV is excellent. Great picture and easy to use. Love the Netflix, Prime and U tube option for screen saver.

The agent mounted my TV spoke to me about the different types of TV mounts and ensured that I had the correct one. He walked me through setting up my TV and connecting it to my Roku and my Playstation. Geek Squad is absolutely the best.

If I could give ten stars I would. The technicians that mounted the T.V. were knowledgeable and very efficient. After it was installed everything was cleaned up and the removed. They took the time to explain how things worked and reassured me that if I did not understand or had questions, that I could contact them again.

The Best install and removal ever. The Geek Squad team was just awesome. Their care and concern for my TV and residence was top notch. I usually due these myself, but for price with this delicate large panel install it was so worth the price. Great job and top notch people.

These guys were great. They were very professional and made sure everything work and explains things. They were Mr Clean as to the Install.

The guys from the GS were in contact with us prior to install updating us with arrival time etc. They arrived at agreed upon time and quickly installed mount and tv. They made sure all options were working properly and showed us several key points to ensure our satisfaction. Very Happy with their service.

The gentlemen arrived as scheduled. When it was realized that the mounting devise was not what was intended, they retrieved the appropriate one and got it installed right away. Very professional and courteous.

All good for most part . Just fo my application they couldn’t use my Roku mount. They used another mount that cost me another $110 which was disappointing but everything is good and I am enjoying my big Roku tv on the wall . Thanks Geek Squad!

The Geek Squad agent who came to our house was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He took extra care to make sure that we were happy with the way the TV was mounted. We did not need him to connect the TV - I worked in IT and handled that myself. (Disclosure, I am a TotalTech member, so we didn't have to pay extra for this service.)

The two-member team who delivered and set up my 65 inch were fantastic! Dalton and Molly did such an amazing job of installation onto a brick fireplace! They worked extremely well together, were immaculate in my home with shoe covers, masks, and clean up. Not a speck out of place when they left. They apprised me of arrival with texts, arrived on time, and answered all of my (many) questions. The installation itself was professional and perfect!

She did a great job and was very professional. I would not have been able to do this myself.

These guys are very knowledgeable. They help me work out so many kinks that I had in my system they made my system sound like I was at the movies when they were done I recommend them to everyone. They were nice polite and cleaned up when they were done.

The two geek squad team did everything I asked of them especially Tom they called like I asked came to my house and they were on their way to mounting my tv they were very professional and very fast and they were nice they got my tv mounted and hooked up all my devices and even helped to bring my other tv upstairs They are very good at what they do and do it well I would have them do another job like that I the future well done!

Excellent job. Both installers were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They explained the process and suggested alternative installation methods. Both individuals are excellent representatives of your organization.

The install team arrived on time, really took the time to work with us on perfect placement of where to hang the wall mount and TV and answered all our questions. They were very neat, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. The guys were friendly and respectful.

The colors are possibly OVERLY BRILLIANT... not totally true to life. But lovely TV and worked like a charm. We had Geek Squad install - very professional and efficient.
