Great ice machine

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was looking for one that didn’t have a drain and that I can manually drain and clean. I’ve had one with drain before and had constant issues. Makes a lot of ice that are the perfect size. One complaint is that it didn’t come with a scooper. For how much you pay should at least come with a scoop.

Very poorly made, do not recommend this model

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought to replace an old ULine that was frosting up all the time and ice sticking together. Within 3 weeks, the seal on the center of the door had slipped off (it is just glued in placed) and the seal lost for the ice compartment. Consequently, the ice compartment now frosting all over. We are replacing with a higher model. Most disappointing.
