Wanted to express my disappointment in the camera service installation that I requested since December 20th, 2022. I am extremely dissatisfied that despite waiting for almost 4 months for the installation to be completed, the camera system still does not function properly. They left hanging wires, trash all over and very rude. This has been a significant inconvenience for me as I had expected the system to be working by now, but I am disappointed that it is still not operational. The lack of response and communication from your company has been frustrating and leaves me questioning the quality of your service. Please DO NOT HIRE THEM, find a local company with good reviews that actually cares about their work and mostly care about you!

Very impressed with all Geek Squad Techs as they were Efficient and knowledgeable. But, Micah and his partner(I think Andrew) were so smart and quick when they diagnosed and took care of installation issues while being extremely professional and genuinely kind as they answered questions about product and set up. They represent Best Buy and the entire Geek Squad so well because they create ready confidence. Geek Squad is indeed fortunate to have such men on its team.

Christian and Antonio were great.told us what we Needed helped us purchase new tv and sound bar. They were very professional and knowledgeable.came another day to put up tv and Sound bar .all went well they answered questions we had.great service.thanks soooo much guys.

The technician disconnected all the old equipment and installed the the new receiver. He rewired the new device and provided instructions on its operations which was extremely helpful. Great job

They came in and installed everything I bought and it looks great! If I had installed it it wouldn't have come out looking as good so I'm very happy with the end result. They were quick, courteous and went out of their way to ensure I was completely happy with the work land explained it all to me so that I understood how to usey new equipment.

My Roku device stopped working. I went to Best Buy, bought a model that was more expensive than the first one, and thought it would be easy to install. After all, I only had to do was to plug it in where the old one had been. Well, it wasn't that easy. When I finally called the Geek Squad for help, they sent two young men who brought the needed connections with them. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and had my new Roku up and running. Before they left, they made certain I knew how to operate it. I was comfortable letting these men into my house.

The 2 gentlemen that came to my house did indeed, in my mind, knew what they were doing. The only thing I have to say is that they were in too much of a hurry. They solved the problem I had and then they were gone. I didn't have time to think if there were any other things I had problems with before they were gone. After they were gone I thought of other questions I had. But, I was not going to make another appointment and pay another fee to have them come back only to hurry in and then be gone.

I have used Best Buy services before and they are always excellent. They ensure everything is installed correctly and works. They also make sure I know how to use the technology.

The technician who came to my house was professional, competent and determined to solve some sort of glitch that kept interfering with completing his task. He found the answer after serious effort and everything was working perfectly when he left. And it still is. All in all a most satisfactory completion to the job. Thank you.

The technicians reconnected the stereo system and reconnected the remotes to the tv. They were dressed professionally, were knowledgeable, and polite. I would use the geek squad again for sure. I was almost scammed by an imposter who said they were the geek squad - so just make sure you are speaking with the correct people.

Great service and very courteous. Very quick and showed me the process of how to work it. I haven’t had problem one. Would definitely use this service again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your service to family and friends and whoever else it might be.

Adam Taffner and Anthony set up my new DVD player. They arrived promptly as expected, were friendly and quite knowledgeable in hooking things up and setting up the tv and remote for easy use of the player. They were able to get things done quickly. thank you.

The young man that came out to set up our TV with new cable was the most pleasant person and so patient. He was very knowledgeable at his craft and was patient enough to try different options with in the set up. The techs that come to repair or set up things are FANTASTIC!!!
