I had the pleasure to have Maxwell and Cam come to my home and help me set up my new Firestick 4. These gentleman are truly the best you can have in helping you with your needs and any additional help needed. I had to the pleasure of having Cam come previously as well and didn’t realize i could have written aboout the excellent experience i had previously. Austin(Plymouth MA store) & Zach came out to my home today and installed my Google Chromecast. They were both extremely professional and did a fantastic job. Austin fully explained how to us the product. He was extremely knowledgeable & we have already ordered the Eero Pro 6 system. Would love to have him come back and install it for us as we are total tech subscribers.

Techs installed new frontier cable box. They knew exactly what to do and very professional. They consistently are a wealth of knowledge.

Geek Squad connected my newly purchased DVD player to our bedroom tv. And educated us as well!

Our serviceman set up my son's PlayStation and showed him how the wiring went, simplified what we had and answered all our questions. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly.

Brandon was Fantastic. I was having a problem with my Security system with cameras. Brandon was very Helpful. He noticed a power cord blinking. It was the TV power cord. My TV was getting ready to electricly overload. Possible Electrical Fire. Brandon saved myself and my home from Electrical Fire. I knew I needed another set of eyes. I’m very happy with the appointment for installation of streaming and ROKU tv setup. Two technicians arrived on time, and were very knowledgeable and thorough as they quickly identified each step that was required for the completion of the change to streaming services,

they were very helpful and congenial.They took care of everything that I requested. got Netflix back on the internet. they used the Roku and now I have many more stations on my antenna tv and the picture on my tv is so much better. I was really pleased.
