good range, holds charge, caller ID easily visible

We were concerned about the wiring in our house and the use of the phone. Unfortunately in some construction we cut the line and have not found it. Fortunately, the new phone was set up to connect directly to the modem for our internet telephone system. We are pleased with the connection which give G'ma (my wife's mother) who lives with us - her own private phone. It is doing well.

I have always been a loyal VTech customer and still am. I wanted this product because of the color & ability to add another phone. Overall, I like the features. The only bad thing is that when you press a button, such as to view the Caller ID or to dial numbers, the phone is slow to respond, there is a delay. I will deal with it because I love the color of the phone.

my old phone died out, so I needed a replacement phone, this is the 2nd cheapest/owest priced phone best buy had on the shelf, and it is a nice lightweight and slick design, sound is great and value is great. I highly recommend this phone if you need one.
