I purchased this 2-Line item because it said, 3 handsets included. When I received it, it only had the one. Went to Best Buy to get the missing handsets and was told that if you clicked on the item 'Whats included' does not mention any additional handsets so it was my fault but they were willing replace it with a Single line phone that comes with 2 additional handsets. I accepted as I needed something immediately.

seems to be a great phone in terms of sound quality and multiple speakerphones (base & handset) ...you can walk around on conference calls with the handset speaker on and muted ... has an answering system, which I don't use ... has an intercom feature between the base and the handset, which I don't use (may be appropriate in a big house) ... has a directory for saving numbers and speed dialing ... has a hold button for putting one line on hold while you answer the other ... has a flash button for conferencing and accepting another incoming call ... has a redial button on the menu screen ... if you have a message waiting with your service provider's voice mail system, an icon appears in the menu screen ... the only thing I don't like (which may be asking too much) is the menu screen on the base and the handset only light up when you press the menu button ... if you have a voice mail message waiting with your service provider's system an icon appears on the dark screen but ... you could go hours or a day before thinking to check for messages ... (not good for looking responsive to communications) ... my old set had a light that would light up and blink if there was a message waiting ... guess I got used to that ... all in all though ... the phone has all the bells and whistles ... great phone for the money!

Had to replace my old 2 line phone system. I've had Vtech phones before, so I was familiar with them, This system is easy to set up and easy to program. I like the fact that I can set up the answering machine with a different message for each line, and I can listen to, and save or delete messages from the handset! This system has more options than my old one, at a much more affordable price!

I had to replace an old 2 line Radio Shack digital phone, and this was the only one I thought would do the job after searching numerous web sites. So far, so good. Takes a little while to get used to a newer 2 line phone system, but this one seems to work really good. Can get messages from anywhere, after setting things up, but have not had any need to add any additional hand sets....yet! Came with one handset only. Recommend for any small business with 2 phone lines with Internet connection on 1 line coming in. Good luck!

The initial installation and hookup of this 2 line system with the 5 stations I added was really very easy. The whole system works very well and I have had no issues whatsoever since I installed a few months ago. The only improvement I'd like to see is the backlighting of the line indicator keys and the off key, otherwise 5 stars.

We purchased our first VTech system 15 years ago. The phones were actually more expensive then. After 15 years we felt it was realistic to buy Vtech for our new home. This system is great for a larger homes because it supports up to 10 phones and 2 phone lines. The system is user friendly and well made too.

Our Agency is a Child Caring Agency and we depend on people, devices, equipment and other as we keep the youths in our care safe. We have bought this phone for our group homes and have not been dissapointed in this product. Customer care stumbled twice but resolved without issue and seamless.

Does everything that I need; a two-line phone with attached answering machine. Sound is clear and it's nice to find a cordless phone with these attributes for a good price. Getting to set separate answering machine messages for each line is a nice touch as well. Recommended.

This 2-line phone system is great for a small office setting. It has more than sufficient time for recording a message on missed calls. Each line has it's own mailbox. Speaker button makes it great for hands free talking. The handsets also have a jack if you want to use a headset. Sound is crisp and clear when talking on either line. You can add quite a few handsets to it, I believe up to 12. Great phone for the price!

I recently set up this new 2 Line Phone System. I am using one line for my personal phone and the other for my business phone. I like the idea that I do not need 2 separate answering machines, since the base unit allows me to set up an answering machine for both lines.

Meets the need for a two line rollover office. Clear voice quality. Good features. Allows a separate answer message for each line.

Although initially reluctant to purchase a 'used' phone system for our office, after reading reviews and getting warranty it turned out to be a great deal/bargain and we are very pleased with the phone equipment. Absolutely we made a good decision in this purchase.

Trying to find a 2 line cordless with only one hand set is like looking for a set of hens teeth!! Works great, crystal clear. Has more features than we need, easy to disable what you don't need. I will be purchasing another.

Excellent phone for the price. We have it as an office use phone and it works really well for what we need it for. Just don't dial the number too fast, it will say that the line is unavailable.

We use these for business and I even have a similar phone for home. Vtech is a great phone for the money. Easy to use.

Not too many 2-line phones around non-commercially so this phone is a great choice for small businesses needing a second line. Easy to use and set up, no issues so far.
